No bad bearing noise, suspension test ok, water levels good.. no back fill from drain. Ran spin only cycle after starting rinse cycle, so started spin with 1/3 filled basket, no issue. Once drained went into spin fine. Everything running fine. Lower assembly inspection looks good. Unit is a little unleveled, but rear legs do not adjust so only able to correct slightly.No problem found at this time."

"Some ice in lower right of freezer and along side of basket. This is the side with the icemaker. Ran icemaker and no leaking found, ice cubes all look normal. Cube size is set to small. Signs of some cubes being out of bin and ice build up had kept door from completely sealing causing frost. At this time looks like ice cube spillage. Also complaining of rf icemaker not making ice, that fr temp had said -6 with no one adjusting it and had a hard time getting it set back to 0. Working fine in testing, but did quote for interface board as it was a failure, possible stuck key.Water dispenser works fine. FFIM evap fan tests fine, harvest tests fine, no water in unit, turned heater on and tube cleared is second time the fill tube has frozen over. Will check ice production on return.; ordrng 1 5304523018 (U/I control)"

Complaint unit will not dispense water. Will not dispense ice not making ice either. I found refrigerator valve is humming but no water getting to valve I found at connector where water line attaches to refrigerator was blocked with iron customers on city water supply I scraped iron deposit was able to clear blockage Unit now dispensing water out of door. Also found icemaker fill tube was completely frozen over defrosted icemaker fill tube icemaker now is getting water flowing into icemaker. No further issues found with refrigerator or water systems at this time. "Complaint not ringing out clothing, clothing still soaking wet at the end of the cycle. I found F7 E1 error code and diagnostics fault history I found washing machine will agitate with no issues fast agitate, slow agitate. When I place washing machine into spin mode, unit will spin fast and then start to slow down and then come to complete stop all lights will start flashing on console and then have to unplug unit I found capacitor is that half of what it should be 50 ?F measuring 38 ?F I also found using a tester capacitor that the control board is still cutting out. Unit will need main control board and capacitor to fix capacitor has evidence of leaking white powdery substance on case of capacitor customer declined repair today is going to replace washing machine ."

"Checked over unit and found both sections not cooling found fridge reading 50 degrees and freezer reading 15 removed evaporator cover and checked frost pattern found unit was in a defrost cycle, waited for unit to come back on and machine started to frost over evap with a light frost. Checked compressor due to noisy and found super hot could not keep ur hand on it found drawing 8 amps but pulling heat threw condenser. Checked thermistors for fridge and freezer and found reading all over due to warm temps. Unit will need new compressor kit, drier and process stub also thermistor for fridge section. "Complaint washing machine is unresponsive has a humming noise that will not stop unplugged washing machine because I am unsure what it is. I found customers complaint is true. Customer had an F8E one error code in fault history I found drain hose was shoved way too far down drain, causing an auto siphoning issue from septic field back into tub of washing machine, creating a flood water hazard. Computer to shut down forcing drain pump to come on causing customers complaint. I let control timeout itself. I fixed customers drain hose issue drain hose is now only 4 inches down into standpipe no further issues found washing machine is now working properly."
