12001655.. unit needs new temp sensor. Pre heats really hot. Then the temps drop and are 20 to do degrees off of set temps.

"Replaced ui. The deep freeze option was off, I engaged it to make sure it functions. The deep freeze option stayed on and will not go off. Advised customer to get it 24-48 hrs to disengage."

U it had no errors and checked proper voltage preheated unit to 350 got to temps properly no issues found
