"Complaint unit not making ice even with a brand new water filter. Water dispenses from door perfectly fine. I found wiring at the bottom of the freezer door is broken and frayed. I found icemaker is also broken. I found ice shoot door is not closing properly as allowing air to enter in I found auger motor is broken as well. Also found fill tube is completely frozen all the way down about midway into the middle of the door. Unit will need a new door and a water inlet valve to repair. This unit requires 2quarts of water in 46 seconds to enter cavity to perform properly. This is the exact same issue as previous visit that customer did not rectify. I removed water line from unit and demonstrated to cx the water pressure is too low. They witnessed it again. I poured two quarts of water into to demonstrate when unit has the necessary amount of water in cavity it performs as expected. They observed what I did. Unit is working as designed and cx will need to get water supply fixed. Since there were no functional failures a trip fee has been administered. Cx refused to pay."

Complaint refrigerator freezer section very loud as soon as unit is plugged in new remodel construction site still has the plastic on. It has been unplugged since delivered never used still as paperwork and tape all throughout entire unit and Styrofoam still inside of unit. I adjusted fan shroud as best as I could and was successful in deadening noise significantly. Noise is a normal noise cost by vibration of evaporator fan motor cannot silence any more than I already did.

Drain pump defective drain pump has a burning electrical smell emanating from windings. I suspect that was the odor customer was smelling or potentially the fact it would not dream at the end of the cycle and the heater came on to dry the dishes and was baking off suds also leading to odor as there was calcium carbonate deposit Tatian That had dried onto the door of dishwasher.
