Rf evap is frosted over. Thermistors pass in diagnostics. Control is out on pantry drawers. Per Randy the pantry control could cause all issues. Did find sign of water by connector to pantry control. Showed customer and explained the control can be damaged and internal wiring corroded which would require control and door. Also found all wires cut in cable to pantry.Customer wants to try just replacing cable, understands it might not fix issue and that even if pantry control works there could still be other sources to other issues found.
