"Complaint of leaking ran out nit water n normal wash for 15 minutes. Took too off and no leaking found, removed bottom cover (left off as not needed for operation, and no leaking or signs of leaking. Took front of boot off and inspected with light and holes found, no leaking found. Some signs of previous leaking from front door, as hair/debris can brake seal, but not leaking at this time. Normal starting no from dispenser being opened as that will drip when pen/closed. Ran heavy duty cycle for 20 minutes and reinserted. No leaks found.There is a dehumidifier near unit plugged in but currently off, its water line is on floor and not in sump. Dryer also has a steam line but no signs of leaking there. Looks like supply water valve has been replaced and not leaking during testing. Drain is about three feet above unit and shows no signs of overflowing. "Checked and confirmed no cooling in FC or RC. Checked running pressures -10 on low side, 75 on high side. Compressor amp draw at .6 amps. Equalization pressure at 0. Called tech line spoke to Brandon SR# 7740808208. Advised him of findings. Charged system with nitrogen to 250 psi. Pressure began dropping, went to 240psi in approximately 5 minutes and held for another 5 minutes then began dropping again. Reached 200 psi and held there for 10 minutes with no further drop. Checked for leaks at all solder joints, condenser and evaporator with bubble solution. No visible evidence of leaks. Leaking internally. Evacuated nitrogen. Brandon is going to submit this for review. Advised customer that us or Whirlpool will be in touch with her regarding findings."
