Complaint Cooking on the front burners microwave will not suck up any steam in the filter door steaming up control steaming up. I found cooktop has a lot of overhang. Only half of the pot is barely underneath the microwave so unit is not able to pull that much airflow through as the microwave is a low 150/200 CFM microwave vent is set to recirculating . Microwave is indeed able to hold a paper towel during vent test like it is supposed to and is operating normally as designed. 19.5 mph air speed No further issues found with microwave. Contact TechLine and inform TechLine of situation and how many parts has change in unit, per tech Line go to terminal block and check voltage at black to white and found 107VAC. Per tech line while holding multimeter leads at black & white at terminal and start unit and check in voltage drop and found voltage from to 96VAC. Per tech line customer needs a electrician. Open up outlet and found Neutral Line has Wire Nut and not connected. See attach photo and inform customer he or she would need electrician to come back per customer electrician had came and repair outlet when she purchase unit. Inform customer that unit is seeing 240VAC but is not seeing a neutral and thats why unit would power on but would not run"
