Replaced oven sensor

What I found while testing unit was that the cycling time on the heater was off. The on time was less than 30 seconds and the off time was well over a minute and a half the inside was completely cool by the time it cycled on. The dryer vent has been professionally cleaned the venting behind dryer is in good shape. Spoke with Aaron at whirlpool tech support lost my connection due to bad signal. "Checked over oven and found temps getting way above set temps checked oven sensor and found reading 107.13 witch is in range, heated oven to 350 degrees and found oven getting to 450 degrees, unplugged and ran unit thew a diagnostics and a calibration checked temps again and found reading with in 5 degrees of settings. Customer was not sure on when counting up the temp if it went one degree at a time I could not find any issue and it is a true temp oven so it could be counting normally temps are perfect and all operations are working to specs"

Touch panel since last visit express and normal buttons are not responding directly below vent I suspect moisture has infiltrated into ui causing issues also condensation occurring on vent out on outer panel. "Unit under Costco additional 1yr warranty per service bench.Complaint of loud noise when running. Not making sound on arrival, turned thermostat colder to turn on compressor and heard sound, vibrating condenser coil. Cs also complaining of doors swinging open to hard/ not self closing. Raised front feet and moved condenser coil up, sound gone and doors closing better. Also complaining of water being warmer. Unit uses coiled water tube as reservoir. Explained operation, nothing to be done about water temperature."

Replaced rf door gaskets and water filter housing. Tested with current filter and flow was fine. Steamed gaskets and making good seal. Instructed to leave doors closed for next 6 hours to allow gaskets to form to good seal.

"Disfirmed gasket, looks like something got stuck and stretched out of shape, and n testing unit wouldnt stop filling, bad pressure switch. Ran drain and spin and drain motor humming, but not draining. Vacuumed out water through drain hose with pump running, did start draining after that but nothing came out drain, no blockage and cs had the drain trap out and clear on arrival, so it looks like pump had seized.Quoted for gasket, pressure switch and drain pump. Repair denied, collected for service call."

"Sensing light blinking and cant start cycle. Verified sensing light blinking on arrival. Held to cancel and turned off. Started normal cycle fine. Went through fill and into wash. Cancelled and drained fine.Same issue cs had previously.No errors in history and ran service test fine, took several times for it to activate components, would show test advancing, but not do anything. Once it started it completed fine. Recalibrated and went through calibration cycle fine..Start button working fine in testing.With second time of error and intermittent test mode issues, quoted for main control. unit is functioning now. "Complaint washing machine keeps leaking has ruined floor keeps filling agitating draining then trying to spin then repeating. I found f0e5 and f2e1 I found ui is cracked does not seem to be causing any issues as of right now with the machine. I found leak is due to a backed up or backing up drain in the house. No leaking occurring with washing machine at this time. I filled tub, completely full during a clean, wash cycle to inspect tub for leaks, no leaks with tub no leaking occurring from washing machine. Advised customer on proper loading of the washing machine. Improper loading of the washing machine notated upon arrival to small of a load or two large of a load can cause an out of balance load also by having towels mixed with normal clothes those towels will absorb more water, normal clothes causing an outer balance load to occur, leading to washing machine, feeling agitating, draining, spinning and repeating that cycle. Customer to fix drainage issues and house to prevent further damage to property not a washing machine leak."

Explained it will likely fail again, as plastic is broken inside, so no warranty on repair."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not draining. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the drain pump humming, I removed the pump and found a small object in the pump. I tested the unit and it still did not drain properly unless it tilted the unit forward. I tried to remove the basket from the tub but they are seized together. The unit will need a new basket, tub and gearcase to resolve the issue. I gave the cx a quote and collected the service call by cash. The cx denied the repair."

"Cx complaint that the unit is not working it bake cycle and the LF knob is intermittent. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f6e1. The bake element ohms within range: 23.5 ohms. The temp sensor is within range: 1.12k ohms. The unit starts a bake cycle 244v were sent to the bake element and it reached the set temp of 350. Complaint that the ovens door is getting too hot on the top edge. Found gasket too flattened on the top side but ok in the sides and bottom. Will order gasket and return with the oven R&L hinges. Complaint that the front right burner is not lighting up properly. Found orifice clogged with debris. Removed debris and cleaned out the the burner and all working normal. Complaint that two of the burner caps has discoloration. Complaint that the unit is not completing any cycle. Found error code LF and F6E1. Cleats out error codes and ran diagnostic cycle and unit tested properly with no issues. Ran a quick cycle twice to verify if it would stop the cycle right after the wash cycle and all ran normal. Mentioned to the customer to run the unit a few times with a small to medium load and if problem arises to call office again and to have the control board replacement. Customer will need to bring down the dryer or let the office know if we can bring in a second tech.
