Complaint cooktop appears to be cracked. Glasses actually not cracked glass has excessive silicone on the actual surface of the glass making it appear to be cracked. I lifted up glass to flashlight through the glass verified. There are no cracks in the glass as of right now.

Complaint that the glass has markings on the ring underneath the glass and that theres an imperfection on the edge caulking seal. Replaced top and all working normal.

Complaint that the dryer has a foul odor of gas. Verified unit is calling for gas and is igniting but would stop start again gas would open close fast then igniter tries again. Flame would be present but would again act up. Mentioned to the customer the control board is acting up and not reading proper temperature sensors. Ran diagnostic tests and would have to try a few time to get it working. Quoted parts and labor. Customer not trusting the unit due to gas issues already. Mentioned to the customer to not use dryer for safety reasons.

Complaint that the dryer is leaking water from the front door. Found water valve not shutting down and spaying for longer periods of time. Will order parts for return visit. Checked for ice build up causes and found bottom gasket not sealing letting warm air in causing frost, melted ice and heated gasket to seal advised customer ice need to be all removed to stop from moisture build up also fresh food needs room to breath and circulate air this will help with cooling. Unit is now functioning as designed"

"Complaint unit making loud grinding noise, squeaking noise. I found noise was a squeaking noise caused by metal on metal creating a chirping noise. I adjusted outdoor panel unit is no longer making squeaking or squealing noise. If squeak comes back again and we have to come back out I will be taking. Outdoor panel completely apart, adjusting and lubricating all metal metal areas, and flexing the center in a downward position to create Point. So that machine fits a little tighter together."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per receipt, took photo of receipt.Compliant of noise coming from freezer, stops when either door is opened, had turned off icemaker and still made noise. Not making noise on arrival. Fan/compressor running. Removed evap cover and full frost pattern on evap, fan not obstructed, no build up. Fan secure with no wobble, functioning properly. Even when moving fan motor around while running, not scraping, not making any unusual noises. Evap motor part # W11559968, but it s functioning properly and no need to replace at this time. Sometimes if doors not fully closed the evap can frost up enough to hit fan and make noise, but all is clear at this time.Whistling. Whirring, popping, gurgling noises all common in refrigerators."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of tripping breaker when going into bake, had started to heat. Cs turned on at breaker and 8 started a broil, same result, after about 10-15s I popped the breaker and was heating before that, with unit heating and then popping gfi breaker it could be a weak breaker (electrician had just installed). Was able to remove top cover as Installed and everything checks fine. When reassembled it ran a bake cycle fine, preheated to 350 with no issue. Cannot explain source of issue, but moving everything around looks to have corrected it."

"Customer complained unit was not cooling properly, but unit had corrected Itself by the time I arrived. Ran unit through all service tests, thermistors pass and proper temps in rc and fc . Compress run test passed. All fan tests and baffle tests passed. Cleaned off coils but werent extremely dirty. Ran compressor test again. No signs of defrost issues/no ice /frost buildup. All door deals good . Informed customer unit working as designed."

Customer complained ice maker not working. Found icemaker harness was not seated properly and not making connection. Plugged in harness and cycled Icemaker and unit is harvesting and asking for water when prompt. Verified proper operation.

"Customers stated unit stoped working again. Found sediment buildup in cold water valve this time. Customer said hes cleaned them out and valve has even been changed. Informed customer this is an issue with his plumbing or well , he will need to clean this out and get well house fixed or sediment will keep clogging valve faster than normal . Washer working as designed. Informed customer this issue isnt covered by warranty and he will have to pay if called back. Verified proper operation when filter was cleaned off. Sr#7739842294 . The ff evaporator has heavy frost on it fridge needs to be shut down and defrosted and cleaned out of all food needs a new ff thermistor and to be optimized ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11087438 (Thermistor)

Installed the right front and rear leveler

"Complaint oven door is not in perfect. Alignment has some squish at the top left-hand corner allowing door to be pushed in slightly further than on the right side. I found no issues as this specific model has a one spring oven door design. Left-hand door does not have that same heavy spring in it as the right hand side does also the natural squish of the door gasket is allowing door to be pushed in just ever so slightly. No issues with door at this time cannot adjust due to cosmetics warranty only being 30 days, not a functional issue is strictly a cosmetic based issue."

Replaced all parts and door closing properly. Lighting shut down due to door opened for a period of time which is normal. Showed customer how to do a reset so the lighting would turn back on. All working normal.

"Installed new fridge door and checked for good seal around cabinet, found sealing good and tight. Customer had some ice forming around damper advised to watch but if door was not closed it will cause moisture. Unit is functioning to specs advised we cannot take old doors they are customers responsibility if any issue contact customer service"

"Complaints on the freezer side behind the bin here water dripping intermittently sizzling noise also occurring water after replacing a filter blows out extremely fast out of door dispenser food on the top shelf freezing right hand door closes easier than the left-hand door. Right hand door closes easier due to physics doors is a larger door has the same tensioning spring as the freezer door so it is going to close easier due to physics, nothing to fix nothing to adjust on top shelf is due to air vents being blocked. Advised customer on orientation of food. Water blowing out of door dispenser after customer replaces water filter is due to air being in the waterline after customer replaces water filter, customer to run 4 gallons of water through door dispenser to get all air out of the system, after replacing water filter fix to adjust unit dispensing perfectly fine upon arrival as theres no air in the system but a tiny little bit. Sizzling noise accompanying by dripping noise is due to normal operation unit going into defrost mode, allowing evaporator to defrost the drain hole and the bottom of the floor, where the water escapes into drain pan underneath unit to fix nothing to adjust. No issues found with refrigerator at this time. No additional issues reported by customer at this time and all cosmetic defects are non-discoverable as unit is past 30 day cosmetics warranty from when unit was registeredfor delivery on November 16, 2023"
