Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling at all. Found compressor running but no cool. Verified compressor running at 1.2 amps and windings at 9.3- 9.3- 18 ohms. Compressor hotter then normal to the touch. Unit will need a new compressor and sealed system. Customer will call Whirlpool to verify first if parts are under warranty and if not they prefer to get a new refrigerator. Collected trip fee.

"Complaint of not not heating water, fae2 only error in history. Vent motor error. Ran diagnostic cycle, 13 ohms on heater connectors at board and 120vac to heater. Fill, wash, drain all working.Repeated diagnostic test and same results. Ohm range good on heater and getter by voltage. There was an excess of suds in unit n unit that multiple fill/drains resolved. Advised to run water at sink until hot before running unit, high temp/sani rinse increase temp but are time driven, will not raise incoming water to a set temperature."

The inlet break at the beach was loose it was loose because the tub was actually bent in dented at the point so you could not tighten it properly I push bow out and inserted the inlet fully the n was allowed to fully tighten the inlet break flow meter on the side of the unit

Could not find any leaking issues the tray had brown muddy Warner in the drip pan just barley enough to fill the switch. Customer stated it wasnt in use when it started. Checked fill valve it wasnt leaking and it was tight

"Complaint after running the oven then turning on the microwave unit started to stink up the entire house like a burning odor. Microwave not always starting makes clicking noise open close door then will start . I found inner door and hinges are worn causing timer issues clicking starting issues. I suspect burning odor couldve been due to food that had burned in the oven and traveled up into the microwave odor wise causing sent to occur. I cannot find any issues as of right this moment with the microwave or the oven cannot duplicate odor after demonstrating to customer what burning electrical smells like customer stated that was not his odor. Advised customer that if they do experience the burning wire odor they should call an electrician to have power. Checked out behind oven at terminal block house wiring supply connectors. Microwave is heating perfectly fine after testing multiple times for over five minutes. Oven preheated fine without producing any odors, microwave convection oven preheated fine without any odors other than the smoke from it never being used smoke that it produced was not the same odor per customer. Microwave crisp element also working fine with no issues no error, codes in diagnostics fault history.called safety file number 7740820636."

Complaint lid will not lock. Unit had about 10 to 15 gallon in it as well. I found wiring harness going to drain pump was broken on the blue wire.
