"Replaced inverter board d for F5e1 inverter failure code. Still gives error. Verified 120vac coming to the inverter, voltage going to magnetron wouldve be beyond readable value. Only other connection from inverter would be logic micro voltage wires to control. Discussed finding with Randy at office. In warranty all three (inverter, magnetron, control are advised to be replaced as one can take out the others.) most logical failure at this point is the magnetron as unit regulator me for a couple seconds before giving error and do not hear the magnetron kick on. Explained there is still a possibility of a control issue, but next logical part would be the magnetron.Agreed to go ahead with magnetron, no additional labor, part only which has been paid to n full via cc. Office to contact cs to schedule return. Not does have to come out of wall to access magnetron/ inverter.; ordrng 1 W11578959 (Magnetron)"

Terminal connections good, customer network l looks good, outlet contacts/ plug look good, no scorch marks any where. Unit preheated to 350 fine on second attempt.24 ohms on bake element. Did find 240vac to broil less then a second when brake cycles, voltage large at both is what was found when this last happened in 2022 and control was replaced.Called techline gave findings and history and he verified unit will get voltage to boil during preheat and occasionally switch on during bake. Possible weak breaker.Sr770457747"

Incoming voltage is a little high, but I am unsure if that is the root cause. No further issues found with dryer after replacing the heating element. Complaint cooling issues in the bins in the fresh food zone specifically light switch broken freezer light will not come on. I found switch was the cause of the light switch not working replace switch assembly. I suspect that was the cause of the overcooling issue as well. This unit did not know that door was being opened tested operations no issues found in diagnostics menu with temperature sensors at this time. Everything appears to be working fine now.; used 1 W11396033 (LIGHT SWITCH) from stock

"Complaint front left burner will not stop clicking. Have to turn valve slightly on for the stop clicking or turn power off at breaker. If we turn power off at breaker, we have to wait approximately an hour for cooktop to turn on an oven to turn back on for generator to reset itself. I found valve and microswitch have failed. "Complaint barely dispensing water slow to make ice. I found complaint true. I found water filter was clogged. I removed water filter. Unit has a built-in water filter bypass unit dispensing water perfectly fine with filter removed also found ice was stuck on bail arm of icemaker, preventing unit from making fresh ice Removed ice blockage tested operations. Everything is working properly icemaker cycled fine. No further issues found with refrigerator at this time. Customer needs a new water filter if she wants filtered water."

"Ran unit and found when customer ran a bake cycle unit would cook uneven Lea in things burnt and raw, checked temps and found unit off about 35 degrees tested sensor and found reading 1200 ohms at room temp witch is normal. Heated oven to 350 and found oven would get to 330 drop done to 220 and then cycle on it was doing this every time, hard reset control and adjusted temps ran another bake cycle and unit is now cycling on after dropping 5 degrees and it is n9w maintaining temps. Advised customer on getting a thermometer to help with temps and to watch temps the unit is working as designed now she may have to adjust cooling temps to different items she is cooking this is normal operation."
