"I tried for 40 mins to bust off the bolt holding gear case cover on. I tried everything to get it to bust loose. 1st one I couldnt bust off. I busted some of the rotor cover to get a better bite on the top of the bolt head and had success but still was unable to remove heat to take gear case apart. At this time Im gonna have to order a outer tub and replace it as well and mount new gear case to it. This is my mistake I should have ordered outer tub on my last visit out was thinking I could bust off bolt. Cx complaint that the unit is peeling on the internal cavity. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the peeling in multiple places on the floor of the oven. The function work fine but the unit emits a burning smell from the oven when heating. The area is not not a serviceable part. I called Techline to document the issues. Techline concluded that its a cosmetic issues coming from using a baking sheet or aluminum foil on the bottom while cooking.
