Cx complaint that the units right door pops open if the left door is closed last. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The doors and gaskets are even with no visible damage. I checked the right door hinge at the top of the unit and found the hinge screw a little loose. I tightened the screw and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I also suggested to the cx that closing the left door with the mullion first can help prevent this issue as well as gasket tears in the future.

Called tech line spoke to Joe. He said that when deli u/I and harness go it can damage all 12 volt circuits. He suspects it could be the dispenser control, fan motors or something else n the 12V circuit. He said because it is a COD call he could not offer a definite solution or issue an SR#. I entered diagnostics and found that when I try to test the freezer evaporator fan the power drops out.
