Complaint takes 2 to 3 cycles to dry a load of blankets or towels. I could not find any problems with the dryer today. All sensors are operating normally vent has a hard 90? bend. I found no error codes and fault. History advised customer to try and attempt smaller loads. Load may be flash drying and causing sensor to turn the dryer off prematurely. Also advise customer to attempt timed dry cycles. No additional issues found. dryer is getting hot with no problems.
