I found top rung of evap had a 16 of an inch layer of snow across evaporator and motor would not spin in diagnostics upon arrival. I defrosted snow layer as well. Checked water fill valves and icemaker was in the on position. Icemaker now has E0 error code instead of E2 user interface now has a speaker that works damper. Door is no longer making a growling noise no further issues found.

"Complaint light blinks eight times then pauses them for then pauses and repeats. Drain pump comes on will not turn off machine chimes and will not stop unless breaker is turned off to unit. I found dishwasher is not leveled properly. Customer needs to have installation crew come back in and properly level dishwasher as it is front facing lower in front then it is in the back of the dishwasher. Drain pan overflow pan was full of water upon arrival causing customers issue. I inspected all seals for the racks and the rack supports. I inspected door gasket and lower door seal. I inspected by running a diagnostic cycle and a quick wash cycle for any additional leakage. Dishwasher did not leak. Overflow pan had sudsing in the pan. Suspect a one off over sudden in condition exasperated by dishwasher, not properly leveled issue. No further issues found at this time. No additional error codes in fault history at this time either. Customer stated if issue occurs again he wants a new dishwasher advised customer to contact customer care team as I do not have the authority to replace machine."
