Complaint unit will not power on at all I found complaint true I found power cord pin connector had come out of Molex connector where attaches into the cabinetry liner. it occurred it grounded itself to the frame melting pin connector. I was able to strip wiring back for testing purposes only. unit is cooling properly and is able to power on once power cord is replaced not a permanent fix. Left unit completely unplugged. Frost pattern is perfect with no excess ice buildup. Icemaker cycled while on site. Gasket sealing properly. No issues found, verified proper operation."

"Unit ran for 5 cycle with sanitize after last repair, then erroring again, f4e1, confirmed in diagnostics.Replaced heater/sensor (unable to replaced control as would need to unstacked unit ) went through diagnostic cycle, each functioning. Cs will use in normal cycles and go through Costco if having further issue. Repair would be to replace heat/sensor, harness and control at same time, but would need second tech as is a stacked appliance.
