"Customer complained unit not cooling. Upon arrival found freezer was 9? and refrigerator was 39? checked frost pattern in freezer and found half frost pattern. Checked pressures and found low side in vaccum , found high side was only 65psi. Unit equalized at 15 psi. Compressor was warm but not hot. Called techline, sr# 7738140065 techline said to charge with nitrogen again and call back with results. Evacuated system and charged with 140psi nitrogen. Bubble tested all brazing spots and all around evap and around compressor and filter dryer. Nitrogen only went down to 138 in after 35 mins. Called tech line back. Techline documented findings and put unit in for review, unit non repairable. Informed customer whirlpool will contact after unit has went through review. Sr# 7738140065."

Customers complaint is that oven would get hot to quick and showed me a picture of the top of cookies completely burnt. I put oven on bake 350 degrees and let it pre heat it did pre heat normally fan running bake unit the only burner on and once it reached desired temperature it beeped and bake unit went off as it should. I took a temp check with laser temp gun and we were at 345 degrees to 360 degrees right where it should be. I went into service matters and there is no service manual so Im call g tech support to be instructed on how to get into service mode to check for fault codes.Spoke with Andrew (SR#773814153)This is a 11 yr old unit I could not get it to duplicate problem or find any fault codes. Advised customer to use and if it happens again to write down fault code to help us out.Call complete

"Unit looks to be un level and could be cause of mullion not catching and doors uneven. Not much adjustment in feet. Replaced hinge and is the same. Is a screw for hiefth adjustment other then feet, raised left side far as it would go and right low as it would go, alignment is better just barely missing catch. Replaced mullion strip and secured as high as it would go, just catches when closing, doesnt when opening. Right side is not on floor, cabinets too tight to allow it to adjust. Grabbed onto top right of unit and pulled down, budged just enough to start catching properly."
