With unit off tested with gas leak detector at oven oriface and all top burners. no gas detected. Started bake cycle several times and lit fine. Tested after turned off and no gas detected. Explained how ovens do not burn all gas when lighting , so when cycling it is normal to smell some gas. Also gas burning has a distinct and separate smell that is sometimes confused with gas, though is quite different. Gas will have a rotten eggs odor.So some gas smell when operating is normal, but unit tested fine, lighting properly and turning off properly with no leaks detected."

No failure found at this time. Will test using timed dry and call if still having issues."

"Complaint washing machine keeps on displaying F7 E1 call for service error code washer wont do anything. Washer has been making it loud, banging noise for a couple of months now. Also loud squealing noise during the final spin. Specifically, I found drive belt has been slipping, creating a squealing noise, and I found drive capacitor Had become detached and had delete all its electrolyte all over the place. I replaced capacitor, tested operations no additional issues found with washing machine at this time. I performed a DLMS calibration cycle as well. ; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"

Put unit into bake mode and let it pre heat to 350 degrees it beeped I checked temp it was at 265 degrees. I then checked amps draw on oven sensor and it was at 2.1 not enough amps to get proper temperature the oven sensor needs to be replaced as well. "Cx complaint that the units oven intermittently works. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and tested the unit for the cx. The issue is the oven not starting when the start button is pressed. The unit chimes and does not start heating. When the cycle and settings are selected, the start button eventually illuminates indicating the oven is ready to start. The start button can then be pressed and successfully start the oven. The cx and I demonstrated this process multiple times, he often worked every time. The unit is working as designed. They will call back if the issue continues to happen."

Rework on this unit all done and found no issues.
