"Tested and ran diagnostics. Found F5E1 lid switch error, no other error codes. Ran diagnostics cycle 51, lid locked and operated properly, completed diagnostics cycle with no issues. Exited diagnostics, ran rinse and spin cycle, lid locked and operated properly. Removed console, Ohmed out lid lock at connector. Reading 39 ohms on motor winding. All other tests reading 0 ohms. All within range stated on tech sheet. Lid switch tested good. Ran normal cycle, all operating properly. Spoke with customer, he said that on Powerwash cycle, it starts normally but within first few minutes it stops, lid unlocks and lights flash. Ran power wash cycle, allowed to run from 1:49 down to 1:40, no issues. Advised customer that complaint could not be duplicated. Possible issue with control board. Control board is discontinued and no longer available."

"Symptoms different then original visit, tech had said the control (opened box, did not install, returning to office) was shot in the dark because of no failure found at that time. Rediagnosed unit.Unit running for a couple minutes then ends.Diagnostics show error three, locked rotor monitor. Tub spins free by hand. Running test 14, Spin, will run for about 5 seconds, per tech sheet that indicates bad hull sensor, sensor wires are in motor connector, no sign of damage. Repair would be motor, then inverter and then control per tech sheet.Quoted for motor. Did not test with control ordered as that would be third component accordingly by to tech sheet.Customer accepted quote, which is less then price already paid for control/labor. Greased the rails so doors would make a proper seal. Customer mentioned that they had a power outage not too long ago and the issue started building up since then. Cleared all ice and all components are running normal. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the unit for the next few days. Fresh food section has no issues.
