I found custom thermometer was inaccurate that she was using and customer would press cancel and recycle temperatures on oven. Cannot do that with this model as it will not display accurate temperatures. I found no issues with microwave other than customer needs to close door firm. All operations after calibrating oven are now working properly. oven was calibrated 20? hot. I lowered it by 10. Oven can only be calibrated in increments of 10."

On heavy duty and started washing normally. Verified proper operation. If callback out for same issue will have to charge customer due to unit not having any functional failures. Customer wanted to get unit replaced inform customer. I removed freezer door bumps and fresh food bump stops that were causing gasket to not close all the way. Gaskets are now ceiling properly and door has vacuum that is created after closing doors Advise customer that frost developing underneath of fresh food vent is due to excessive humidity in atmosphere cannot do anything about frost developing assembly issues found at this time. Issues are all cosmetic nature as of right this moment advised customer that when issue starts to affect the cooling of the refrigeratoror freezer is no longer cosmetic space then becomes functional based issue.
