Cx complaint that the unit is not drying the clothes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is getting 243v from the wall and at the terminal block. The heater relay is sending the voltage to the element but there is no heat being produced. The element has a break. I replaced the element with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. "Not getting water at dispenser, not getting ice. Could hear valve humming, disconnected lines and operated, no water. Unit runs water through filter, then to valve, found filter not in fully, reseated and dispensing water fine, no test on icemaker, will need to let run."

Turned unit on to bake at 350 and checked operation. Both bake and boil element working properly. Reset to 375 then 400 both times unit comes up to temperature and stays on. Due to nature of failure it is recommended to replace oven sensor. "Checked and found upper wash arm off and would not lock in place. Replaced tube and arm, tested, operating properly."

"I replace user interface and control, and before turning power on customer stated that she seen a bright flash of light inside of oven and smelled a burning smell so I inspected oven wiring, found no issues with the oven wiring. Then I inspected the junction box and found customer needs an electrician hole melted through junction box thick soot around house junction box. no wiring issues or electrical issues. Found with oven at this time left breaker turned off to unit."

Replaced inlet valve and ran diagnostic. Completed fine with no errors and water flow was good.

Unit is only 3 weeks old found the suspension rods in good shape the unit isnt old enough to have a tub problem. I did find a screw underneath one of the legs which sits on a flood pan causing the unit to get off balance and allow more banging than normal. I showed customer the screw remove all 3 screws from flood pan. They were just laying down I. Pan were not mounted to anything. Unit ran and checked okCall complete

Arrived to diagnose refrigerator and man answered door and said they are all set. Refrigerator is working and service call should have been canceled. No diagnostics performed. No service fee collected.

Customer complaint is that dryer was making a thumping noise. Inspected and found object stuck between dryer drum and glide. Removed and tested. Showed customer it works.

"Customer complained door is crooked leaning to the left. Confirmed door is leaning to the left. The door is installed in the oven correctly and door is lower on left side and higher on right side. Customer had builder come out and level unit and he suspects frame damage. Inspected unit and cant physically see issue but when door is installed door dos lean to left. Called techline. ,after pulling unit out to check found bottom left side/ frame/ leg is bent in and down causing the oven to lean to the left . Took more pictures. Informed techline of findings. Found damage to porcelain loner around left side hinge recover. Door is not staying closed due to issue and door is leaning to the left at a counterclockwise motion. Informed techline of findings. Sr#7737844815 side frame is replaceable, porcelain can only be replaced with paint. Techline said that if customer doesnt want unit repaired to call customer service to get options of replacing unit. Everything documented in tech line. Customer wanted to call customer service to get unit replaced . "Service was for cooktop, not oven. Confirmed closing date and took picture of closing document. Found left front burner electrode sparking intermittently when valve not in ignite position. Ordering switch assembly and electrode. Checked part availability and scheduled return for 1/15 PM; ordrng 1 W11561439 (Switch assembly) and 1 W11507531 (Electrode)"

Complaint dishwasher leaking from underneath not sure where. I found OWI sensor was not properly secured. Appears to have just been pushed into hole never properly clicked or secured properly. Due to OWA sensor not properly installed every time dishwasher filled with water. It would leak water out at the same time as a constant steady drip. No additional issues found after re-securing and properly installing OI sensor. Everything is working properly and no additional leaking found.

"Complaint drum will not spin motor. Sounds like its turning on. Unit has power and is getting hot. I found dryer motor pulley snapped in half shredding belt breaking idler pulley. Had to replace motor assembly, blower wheel and component kit. "Complaint, dishwasher is the issue dishwasher heating limit will not turn off when dishwasher is plugged in no issues with the oven or cooktop. I looked at the oven found F5 E1 error code sadly cannot look at the dishwasher because we do not have service set up for the dishwasher, no heating issues found I found loose connection to motor latch Assembly on oven. Secured connector tested operations. Everything is now working properly. No further error. Codes placed unit into test mode. Ram diagnostics test on oven and cooktop. No issues. Found no error codes. Found either. Control not needed."

Complaint leaking water from freezer and fresh food section I found drain tube restricted I cleared drain tube tested operation by running boiling water down drain water flowing fine into drain basin.

"Tested unit and found fridge not cooling in both sections noticed compressor just clicking and not running, removed rear access panel and found compressor warm and not running, checked relay and found blown. Replaced relay and unit started right up and started to cool, compressor pulling heat form condenser and frost patterns building up. "Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycle, the lid lock continually clicks. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f2e1. I ran a service cycle, all components passed. However the lid lock light did not turn on when the lid lock engaged during the service cycle. I cycled the power and ran a normal cycle, it worked fine and the lid lock light came on. The unit is working as designed."
