Ran diagnostic and ran valve and found hot water valve running but no cold water remove control panel and found 120VAC going to hot water when press to demand hot water from diagnostic and same 120VAC for cold water but no cold water present. Also found cold water solenoid crack. Shut water off to remove hose and found pressure present at connector after shutting off main valve.
