"Replaced appliance manager, u/I control and sensor. Ran bake cycle at 350 and would not stop heating, turned off when hit 500. Put last appliance manager back in and tried bake at 350 again. Cycled at 345-405, 344- 405, 343 - 406. Consistent cycles and averaging 375. Thermometer was a little high in oven, top rack on upper section of oven. Lowered sensor couple of inches and temp dropped about 5 degrees lower on high and low of cycle so an average of 370 by my meter, cs thermostat which was on lower rack off to left side was showing right about 350, place in middle and same.Still a little high on my measurement though possible meter is a little off, but replacement boards was bad. Cs is fed up with repairs, but with a bad appliance manager would need to attempt again unless cs is finding unit operating correctlyOrdering appliance manager, and also main harness as techline did suggest it and wasnt ordered for this visit. office to schedule return when parts come in; ordrng 1 W11620689 (Appliance manager) and 1 2xtime (2x time) and 1 W11448065 (Harness)"

Customer had me move dishwasher further back on right hand corner to me. Dishwasher is now sitting crooked and cabinetry, but that is how customer wanted it. Cannot push in left side of dishwasher as it will crap waterline and drain house leading to dishwasher issues. Cosmetics are not covered under war Advise customer as such if customer wants it moved even more they will have to move it themselves. If we come out to move or adjust dishwasher, advise customer we will charge customer.. No further issues found with dishwasher at this time. Customer complaint is that range has a gas leak. Gas company came out and tagged range on 9/4/24. Arrived and leak tested all cooktop connections and inspected all pipes. No leaks were found. Checked for loose connections and found none. With gas on and power to unit. Started all burners and all lit correctly. Let all burners stay on for 2 minutes. Turned off all burners and waited approximately 5-6 minutes outside then returned to smell for gas. No gas smell detected. Confirmed with customer and she agreed no gas smell.
