Upon arrival talking with the customers husband said that their daughter was home but no answer. Through the door ring camera wife gave me the code to the door in the back to access the kitchen. Got permission from the wife to enter home. I tried calling husband to let him know that I was done and was leaving but couldnt get a hold of him. I let the wife know that I was done and closed the door behind me so the house would be locked. Complaint that the freezer has ice buildup in the back wall. Found plastic tube in the chute causing the wIM water fill to trickle out and down the back adjusted the chute and cycle the IM three times and all working fine. No more water leaking.

Complaint that the IM is not making any ice. Ran a cycle but IM failed to turn completely and led power light in not on. It tried to run but no success. Will order part for approval.; rqstng P&A on 1 WR30X10093 (Ice Maker)

Replaced all parts and refrigerator running normal. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the cooling and IM side for the next few days.

Complaint that the dryer is not heating. Found fuse tripped as last time. Resettling the fuse made the unit ok again as normal. All working properly. Collected for minor repairs and customer has the labor discount coupon.

Complaint leaking on the floor with no or low/poor ice. Found water line to the valve not secure leaking onto the floor. Secured water line not leaking onto the floor anymore. Filter housing is also leaking. Filter very hard to remove. Will need new housing. Advised customer to replace the filter as well. Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling on both sides. Verified all fans are working normal. Found after 15min. no cooling and compressor is running. Sealed system issues on this unit. "Replaced condenser fan/blade and verified operation. In moving unit the water line was leaking, tightening did not resolve, if hose moved it would leak, took off and rear remotes and same. Ended up reversing line from supply valve to unit, both ends showing no leaking. Recommended cs to replace line, but looks to be good now."

Complaint front left burner will not ignite. I found cleaning or food. Boil over debris had gotten on igniter causing igniter to spark downwards. I cleaned igniter and.. Tested operations cooktop is igniting on all burners properly as of right now. No additional issues found everything working

7739906504 unit non-repairable per manufacturer has a broken wire going to evaporator fan motor in liner. I have 12.5/13.2 V DC current from board 260 mvdc at fan motor at same time. Submitted pictures of voltage readings directly to manufacture. Not a sealed system issue had to defrost evaporator fan motor top as it had a thick frost all the way across from where fan has not been spinning. Unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way down evaporator core. per manufacturer customer will receive a phone call within the next 5 to 10 days.

"Complaint unit over cooling top shelf, freezing beverages and causing them to explode and fresh food zone. I found freezer was set to minimum temperature allowing maximum airflow to go directly into fresh food zone causing overcooling condition to occur in fresh food zone on top shelf. I set temperature to, max freezer restricting the airflow. Also discovered freezer door gasket had fallen off of freezer adjusted no further issues found with freezer or fresh food section at this time."

"Tested unit and found machine would run and fill but never pump water out, checked drain pump and tested power finding 120 to pump ran a drain and found water not coming out of drain hose, found drain hose on backwards causing the stop in drain to block water off. "Unit has no power, cs had electrician come out, they found it was tied into same circuit as microwave and other appliances, put on own circuits and other items working fine now, but dw still trips breaker.Getting continuity between ground and neutral at terminal so ground neutral is tied into ground, unsure if that would cause an issue, if tied into a gfi somewhere I could see that as a possible issue, but not shorts found. Plugged into nit into an outlet across the room and functioning fine, filled , drained, wash motor running. Cs is satisfied and will have electrician put on own circuit (guess it is still tied in to others somewhere not separate as I first thought he said)"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Cs has not been able to use yet, not starting. Unplugged on arrival. When plugged in it went into manual drain. Allowed to complete. Went into diagnostic and it went into manual drain again. Drain hose goes straight to floor sump, not a raised stand pipe, corrected as they do have a standing drain pipe. pressure tube is blocked. Found pressure hose kinked and blocking air flow. Cut out kinked section of hose and enough to slack to still operate properly. Recalibrated control and ran normal cycle. Filled and went into agitate, cancelled and drained fine. RAn diagnostic cycle and completed fine. Cs to monitor"

"Replaced Orion board and inverter, compressor running and keeps running when put into diagnostics, when it should turn off, same issue as before except the compressor is running at a higher speed.Cs is having the unit block rf evap fan with and we have replaced the evap cover, compressor ( on finding a partial pattern). orian board twice, inverter twice and minator board.Called techline and went through full history in our notes, all finding and process. Re checked items with tech line including pressures ( pulls about -10 when running) it failed in test 39 compressor ramp speed, would come on very low and running for about 5 seconds before stalling out and then start again.. was set at speed 99. Pressure would fluctuate between 10 and 5 while doing this. Would not come out of diagnostics and was intermittently on/off when entering diagnostics throughout testing. Techline determined that it has a u/i issue and said to replace main board at same time. Same sr #.UI/i and main board ordered. Upon arrival found the washer has been worked on and parts that are not original was used to test the unit which would void the warranty. Mentioned to customer that at the moment I would need to quote for parts and labor and collect trip fee but they are not interested in paying anything fee. Warranty will not apply on this unit.
