"House is in back of property, behind business buildings up front. Unit is under 1yr wp warranty, took photo of receipt.Complaint of not making ice, water in ice tray, no cubes in bin. No complaints of temp in rf or fr.Measuring 42 in rf, frost along front of freezer, looks like there was an obstruction keeping door from closing, crushed box in pizza area. 2 in fr.All thermistors pass, fans working , damper working. Defrost functioning.Icemaker fan did seem weak, ordering icemaker and ice fan.Having customer rearrange items in freezer and I set unit to 8 hr defrost mode. Cx complaint that the unit is not starting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit does not tumble at all. However when the knob is in an on position the heat element activates and the drum does not tumble. I removed the rear panel and found 121v only on one side of the element terminal and only half of the element is lit. I removed the element and found a part of the element was grounded to the frame causing the element to partially heat and blow the thermal fuse. I corrected the element position and replaced the thermal fuse with one from TS. I tested Th unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

I cleared the codes and checked the drain pump in manual test, it ran but just hummed with no water flow. I checked the pump and found something blocking the impeller.
