I removed the water & IM line from the valve and activated each side individually. Both solenoids engage but small amounts of water came out. I called techline to document the issue. They asked for me to check PSI from the house line, I did not have the instrument with m to check it. They recommended replacing the main valve and checking the PSI on the return visit. Everything is cooling properly per customer I found dripping noise is from the evaporator defrosting in freezer section normal noise nothing is leaking.
