I found the standpipe accumulates water when the unit drains. The water level rises to almost overflowing during a service cycle. For sure during normal cycles it will overflowing. The homes standpipe for the washer needs to be cleared to prevent water from overflowing. The unit is working as designed."

Complaint washing machine will not spin out. I discovered gearcase is leaking both water and gearcase oil and has flooded drive motor drive motor will barely spin in reverse mode but will not spin forward mode at all. Spin mode even with drain pump removed also found drain pump is leaking as well. Unit will need a lid latch as well as lid. Latch is missing appears to been bypassed. Everything else seems to be working just fine with no further issues found.i called and they approved repair. "Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench.Complaint complaint f clothes still being wet at end of cycle.F7e5, f2e1, F8e1 errors in history. Shifter fault, stuck key and long fill. Cleared history and ran self test fine.Visual inspection fine of lower assy. Replaced actuator for shifter fault. Recalibrated and ran self test fine. Explained out out of balance loads can also cause unit to not spin out fully.Tested in n quick wash and cold water flow a lot less then hot. Found cold valve filter partially blocked, removed and cleaned and flowing properly. Explained to cs what was found and that in future, clogged valve filter would not be covered under warranty.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

"Checked over fridge due to customer had been hearing a loud noise coming from unit and lasted about 30 min, it had done this before then stopped and was fine. Went threw unit in diagnostics and found not noise checked compressor and set filter drier on an angle the noise could have been coming from the Freon in unit moving the drier will help stop some noise also added some sound dampening to suction line and adjusted line Incas it was making noise. Advised customer a video of the noise would help a lot as of not there is no noise or issue with unit from what I see advised if noise comes back to try and video it so we can hear where its coming from."

Slow drip at connection to my belt valve. Cs replaced hose and still has drip. With hard failure of wash motor did not call techline at this time.Ordering sump assy and inlet valve.Cs says the inlet hose does not shut off completely, will need to shut off house water.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump assy) and 1 W11434044 (Inlet valve) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"
