Drain pump defective drain pump has a burning electrical smell emanating from windings. I suspect that was the odor customer was smelling or potentially the fact it would not dream at the end of the cycle and the heater came on to dry the dishes and was baking off suds also leading to odor as there was calcium carbonate deposit Tatian That had dried onto the door of dishwasher. No further issues found with dishwasher at this time it is draining water out perfectly fine no leakage occurring either after replacing pump.; used 1 W11497943 (DRAIN PUMP/W CHOPPER) from stock

Complaint refrigerator freezer section very loud as soon as unit is plugged in new remodel construction site still has the plastic on. It has been unplugged since delivered never used still as paperwork and tape all throughout entire unit and Styrofoam still inside of unit. I adjusted fan shroud as best as I could and was successful in deadening noise significantly. Noise is a normal noise cost by vibration of evaporator fan motor cannot silence any more than I already did.

"Tested unit and found machine leaking water all over, checked for leak and found water valve on cold side had come loose from solenoid to plastic causing it to spray out water all over unit. Replaced valve and advised customer to leave unit unplugged until machine drys out if plugged in it will short, blew out control best I could but as long as it sits until Tom it will dry.
