"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench, called in within period.Unit is freezing in the rf, not dispensing water, getting 2 in fr, 40 mid shelf rf. Evap fan is blowing fine. Evap is about 40% pattern thick on rear coils, clear on front. Potential sealed system issue, but also same results when door has been open awhile getting into unit, which it is was.Decent size gap between liner and casing on left side upper and lower edge of rf section. This could cause warm air to be entering rf section, causing it to run longer to cool and collecting more freezing air in bottom of section Verified damper operation and defrost .No failures found in diagnostics.At this time will seal gap in liner with silicone and have cs monitor. They do have extended warranty after wp warranty which they called in on last day of.; used 1 WP482338 (FOOD GRADE ADHESIVE) from stock"

It came right out of the cavity not connected to any wires. One of the wires is broken and both are too short to fix or reconnect to a door switch. Ran error check no errors and all thermostats and bi metal were working as designed. Cut unit off and back on and compressor started back up quickly with no issue. Frost pattern is perfect with no excess ice buildup. Icemaker cycled while on site. Gasket sealing properly. No issues found, verified proper operation."
