"Cx complaint that the units RF burner does not light. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The other 3 burners work fine. The valve opens for the RF burner when the knob is turned, but only gas comes out there is no spark. Using a light the burner lights, however the other 3 igniters spark when the RF burner is lit. The burner heads screw on 3 burners are disintegrated and will need to be replaced if I remove them. The unit needs new burner heads, orifices holders and screws to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts and quoted the cx. I collected the service call fee by CC."
