"Complaint refrigerator is not cooling making loud buzzing noise. I found ice hitting evaporator fan motor in freezer section ice ball formed from water leaking every time unit dispenses water from icemaker. Stopping evaporate fan motor from spinning, causing a loss of cooling. I removed ice ball sealant, no abnormal noises and fan is working fine. No further issues found evaporator has a full frost pattern going all the way up and across."

The customer is feeling is coming from bottom vent and because heat rises. It is giving the illusion of coming from the door.using the triangle trick in the gaskets that the gasket is indeed ceiling properly

"Complaint the microwave makes a buzzing humming noise and does not heat. Tested with a cup of water 78 degrees, heated for one minute 115 degrees. Tested another cup 80 degrees, heated for one minute 91 degrees. Heated a frozen patty for 10 minutes, it was defrosted and warm only. Heated another cup of water 78 degrees for one minute with no heat change. Noise coming from the cooling fan. Will need to replace the cooling fan, inverter, main control and mag. "Cs complaint of unit not cleaning thoroughly. Says it also had some light on and still a motor running the other day.no errors in history. Ran through self test fine twice. Unit was tipped forward a bit and lowered front legs to center basket better. Lower unit looked fine, no oil leakage, suspension tests good.Hot/cold valves verified, agitate, spin and drain verified. Ran quick wash. Deep water wash was selected and filled fine. Cancelled and drained fine, ran quick wash with auto sensing and worked properly.Did not find an a reason for unit running after cycle complete, possible manual drain engaged.At this the me everything tests for me with no errors. Would suggest running clean cycle with Affresh to keep unit clean."
