Cx complaint that the unit shakes aggressively and makes a noise while it spins. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. The noise is from the drain tube hitting the rear panel. The drain tube is missing the u shaped neck the help it sit correctly. It would help to secure the tube against the water hoses as well. The cx needs the unshaped neck for the drain tube and secure the hose. The unit is working as designed.

Complaint burning smell smells like a BBQ fire pit. Lighter fluid. I found no electrical issues. I found no plastics issues. I found no issues that I can with the control no lighting issues no wall electrical issues. All the elements are glowing red hot and working properly and cycling like theyre supposed to no error codes in fault history Whirlpool file number 7737534045 file number. Per whirlpool and images uploaded no safety issues with the machine. No property damage no bodily injury occurring or occured. Vocs more than likely cause of odor from construction and painting.

Complaint Wash machine is very loud during spin cycle. Makes loud banging noises and clunking noises all the time. Noises machine is making or normal noises. Noises unit is making ours due to no insulation during manufacturing process anymore. Clunking is from cam and out of balance issues. Loading issues. Sway in basket is due to the independent suspension that unit has no issues with the suspension at this time. No additional issues found no error codes in fault history at this time everything is working properly. I performed a calibration procedure and checked leveling of the machine. Machine is properly leveled. No abnormal noises with an empty tub.

Customer complaining of dishwasher not drying dishwasher. The daughter says the dishwasher is fine and she told her mom not to call for service. I found no jet dry in dishwasher and customer not running tap before starting dishwasher at max temp the water coming from tap was 119 degrees. I put unit into service mode no fault codes were present. I explained to the customer that when starting dishwasher the heated dry has to be selected. At this time the dishwasher is working properly. "Tested unit and found washer stuck in a sensing cycle and would not start, found when starting unit machine would spin entire tub and agitator at the same time checked stator and rotor and found slider bound up and Gearcase shaft rusted causing slider to stick and never move leaving unit stuck on a spin cycle. Removed slider and cleaned up shaft best I could so unit would move freely, ran a wash cycle and unit is now operating but Gearcase bearing is loud and needs to be replaced. "Complaint, touch, screen glitching out after, and during cooking heavy steam came out of the oven when opening the door cost screen to glitch and wig out. Ever since then the screen will go black for a split second and do our things unit not keeping time as well. I found unit is not paired to Wi-Fi unit must be paired to Wi-Fi and the app for updates no error codes info history all buttons are working properly on user interface as of right this minute cannot duplicate complaint, new safety issues as there are no error codes in fault history new open wiring. Customer needs to make sure casseroles or heavy soupy liquid foods are fully covered in the oven to help mitigate steaming issues. touch screen glass is extremely dirty. Has fingerprints and sauces all over the screen. Advised customer to clean screen with 90 proof or higher rubbing alcohol or touchscreen wipes specifically per manufactures recommendations. door gasket is fine hinges are fine vent at top of oven is not clogged/ restricted. "Checked over unit due to customer having issue with heating and cooking items, heated both oven to 350 degrees and found both ovens getting to temp let oven sit and cycle and found unit getting down and kicking back on normally, recalibrated temps for customer to increase heat advised these new oven are not like the old they take about 15 min to pre heat and will take longer to heat up because the elects are hidden now. Stove is now getting to correct temps and work8mg as designed if any issue with temps again customer going to need a second opinion to explain how theses units work"

"I replaced compresser I tested operation filter drier cap tube is extremely short no leaks while pressure testing I suspect filter drier was restricted as it was the original factory filter. Compresser was replaced in April and ice maker in freezer has never worked and temp in freezer is 29degrees upon arrival. 42 in fresh food section. "I replaced all parts tested operations found hot water hose is dripping leaking ever so slowly hoses are not covered under extended warranty. Customer declined poses. "Complaint cookies came out burnt even after waiting an additional 15 minutes past preheat I replaced door gasket. I suspect issue may have been caused by an airflow issue due to how cookie sheets were being placed in oven as the outside closest to the walls were burnt both cookie sheets were on the top shelf, side-by-side, allowing only about a half an inch of air to pass around cookie sheets on both sides. Advise customer to try and use only one sheet per shelf so air can circulate freely around pans."
