"Complaint not working. Freezer door was always condensating on top of the freezer gasket. No power on the unit, I, service tech, pulled unit out and it indented the floor. Took pictures. Customer states Would sound like it was trying to start and the lights would not always turn on with the doors opened. Customer turned power onto the fridge and compressor is running. Fans are all running. Unable to find any fault with the unit at this time. Complaint water filter light will not go away cannot get it to disappear. I found customers elderly and is not able to press buttons due to heart conditions to make the filter light reset. Touchscreen is not responding to customers fingers. I set and reset light for water filter showed customer how to do it no issues found with refrigerator or cooling at this time. I adjusted the refrigerator temperature settings to customers desire temperature range as well.

"Complaint Flash, while all the rest of the lights except for lock are illuminated solid washing machine will not start after about 15 minutes or so washing machine will time out and turn itself off. I discovered customers actually not starting the washing machine all the way he is waking up the user interface. Install instructed I showed customer how to properly start the washing machine and all the different uses of the washing machine used to using an old push pull timer style washing machine.
