Ran rinse/spin drain and filled fine went through rinse and into spin/drain fine.Customer was getting intermittent operation, would do one load and next would give error, usually during rinse cycle. "Checked over dryer and found door glass seal had fallen off causing door to not seal against cabinet, reinstalled gasket and ran dryer threw a cycle. While running noticed unit scraping when tumbling found right side of cabinet was hitting drum slowing drum rotation down, pushed out to stop hitting and unit is now tumbling properly. Checked all functions filings and dryer is working to specs"

Found frost buildup around front top of freezer door. Checked gasket and found at top of door there was a gap between gasket and cabinet. Used heat gun to form gasket and ensure correct seal around full perimeter of door. Now closing and sealing properly.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice or dispensing water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is cooling fine. The IM was off, I turned on the the IM and ran a harvest cycle. The IM completed the cycle but barely filled with water. The water dispenser pressure was low. I turned the water line valve wide open and removed the line to the refrigerator, the water pressure from the home is good. I removed the water filter, the water dispensed fine for a few minutes then went back to low pressure. The unit needs a new water filter housing and valve to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f0e7. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. Complaint dryer will not get hot. I found heater is fine. All thermal cut outs are fine. I found connector drive motor had come loose. Reconnected connector tested. Operations dryer is not heating. Just fine with no further issues. Connector is tight as of right now.

Complaint just plugged in unit will not turn on. Heater is warm. Upon arrival. Not hot. I found incoming voltage is incorrect. Also found blown triac on control. Replace control left oven unplugged. Customer needs to get electrician or wiring. Voltages corrected. No additional issues found with unit at this time.

Complaint that the unit is not cycling through correctly. Found unit not draining out. Customer called Mannys for a replacement. "Replaced fan and installed adapter kit. Reassembled, ran ice maker and fill valve tests 56, 56 and 45. All tests passed. Operating properly."

Installed new supports sanded all carbon deposits on the chassis and applied enamel to problem areas.

"Cx complaint that the unit does not go through the rinse portion of the cycle. I inspected the unit to confirm of the cycle. I found error codes: f0e5 f0e2. I ran a service cycle and heard the loud noise during agitate and spin. I checked under the unit and found the cam screw loose causing the noise during spin and agitate. Th belt is loose as well. I replaced the cam again and a belt with parts from TS and tested the unit with a service cycle and calibration. The unit is still making a squealing noise but only in agitate. Im ordering a new motor for the return visit, the spindle that the belt rotors on is worn out. Im ordering a new cam just in case this one wears out again. Customers complaint is washer not draining properly and has a smell. Found a long drain hose and its looped at ground. The water back flows a little and causes a stagnant smell. Recommended customer shorted hose and make sure there is a siphon break and run clean cycle monthly.

Cover does not want to come off of unit, but in removing icemaker and attempting to get cover off it started a cycle, completed and filled properly. Looks to be intermittent working icemaker, quoted for Im and additional labor. Part did not arrive in time for visit, but verified part did arrive at office today."
