"Confirmed Main relay stuck or open error, attempted to replace control, lower wires that go in bottom of control are not visible when looking from the top and extremely short. So when trying to plug in wires its impossible to know if youre in the right connection. After replacing control ui was unresponsive. Was able to enter diagnostics and now receiving a loss of communication between ui and control. F6E2. Unit is sitting on a flood pan and tied to house, in order to ensure that all wires are going to the correct position unit will need to be pulled out to get the back panel of. Will need a 2x frame, Will need a second technician. Wires are way too short. Control is crammed in unit making it impossible to replace control unless you get the back panel off.; ordrng 1 W11327395 (UI) and 1 W11550669 (Control)"

"Complaint over a month ago was experiencing all the burners were clicking at the same time did not think unit was supposed to I thought burners were all one to which burner you turned on. Also over a month ago, experience two burners on the far left side that would not spark while all the rest of them were barking. I could not duplicate customers complaint nor issues. All burners are working properly all burners are in series and supposed to click at the same exact time no matter which burner is turned on. Flame pattern for all burners is proper. No ignition issues found at this time. I suspect customer had to boil over issue causing igniter to go to ground causing a no spark condition on left to cycle sides. Customer stated he unplugged it waited a couple days plugged it back in and everything was working fine afterwards. I suspect water had time to evaporate fully from an either ignition switches or from cooktop itself.safety file number 7741420676 sent pictures and video evidence of everything working fine to manufacture."

"Tested oven due to clock not holding time and going out front and rear burners not working at all, found unit getting 240v and 120 on each leg removed upper panel and found oven control covered in roaches inspected burners and same issue they had walked acrossed burners and shorted them out. Unit would need new burners two front and left rear also main control advised customer due to roaches in unit these parts would not be covered under the wAreenty also any other stove this will happen again they need to remove roaches and then it Ill be ok."
