I found ice cream is freezer burnt and melted and freezer section is reading 4? 3.8 what degrees was the coldest. Unit set to 0? I turned off refrigerator power supply for three minutes And attempt to reset refrigerator in ordering control user interface, icemaker and freezer. Evaporator fan motor assembly for cooling issue. If those do not fix issue will be a sealed system issue. I found an error code: f7e1, I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. When I spun and agitated I heard the components but nothing moved. I checked under the unit and found the belt shredded and the cam and shield damaged. The pulley on the motor that holds the belt was splitting as well. The unit needs a new shield, cam, belt and motor to resolve the issue. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle, all components passed with no issues or leaks. I removed the top and the detergent dispenser to check the hoses as well as the bellow. All hoses and the bellow are good. I noticed dog hair in the bellow seal and water marks running from the bottom of the door. I suggested to regularly clean the bellow seal to prevent intermittent leaking. The unit is working as designed."
