"I found drain hose was too low causing a poor drain issue. Also found drain hose was also collapsed were attaches to the back of the washing machine because hose was too low and standpipe washing machine on a pedestal. Also customer is dosing detergent into their fabric softener dispenser not their detergent dispenser. Also found heavy hair debris all around door gasket and door glass causing leak to occur on door glass flowing into pedestal, cleaned door and door gasket and showed customer proper way to clean door glass after every usage. I replaced all previously order parts, drain pump, pressure, switch water, inlet valve, and latch assembly. I performed a quick wash cycle, no further issues found no leaking occurring at this time"

Once on did a cancel and drained fine. Tried again and proceed through wash cycles to drain and into dry, heated fine without tripping. So unit stopping at different cycles and each function verified operation for time without popping gfi. With gfi also taking multiple attempts to rest at one point the first suggestion Is to replaced the gfi outlet. If continues order control and sump assy."

"I found leaking issue is due to heavy condensation, forming due to the humidity in the environment. I checked all door, gaskets and seals no leakage, occurring and door gaskets or seals. I checked all waterlines and fittings. No issues with waterlines or fittings ice has been dumped over fromadvice customer to dump the bin at least once every two weeks cooling is working properly no issues with the temperatures in the freezer or the fresh food zones and zero Customer uses ice constantly throughout the day and night. I suspect leakage is also due to ice getting stuck in shoot leaking down as there is a watermark on the paddle button switch. I replaced water inlet valve assembly inspected for leakage no leakage occurring. Everything is working properly as of right now ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11482383 VALVE"

"Checked over unit and found evaporator frosted over again with ice this is causing unit to not cool, forced unit into a diagnostics cycle and checked thermistors found passing placed unit into a defrost cycle and unit went in sending 120v to heater but unit would cycle off to fast causing frost build up. Checked all connections and found ok, moved thermistor to copper parts of tubing added metal tape to secure and zip tie to hold in place, unit will not defrost long enough to melt all ice on evaporator customer should get a new unit this one is defective, customer will call and try to get unit replaced witch it should be and go from there. Going to order new harness after ohming it out was getting one bad reading also order new diffuser due to thermistor jumping all over and harness to be safe. Parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11204060 (Diffuser) and 1 W11321510 (Control) and 1 W11573116 (Evap harness), states that autho needed"
