"When I arrived the customer had unhooked the drain hose and fill hoses i reattached them to unit and ran unit on normal cycle both valves are opening and closing there are no leaks with outer tub or drain pump or internal drain hose or clamp. There is no back up at the stand pipe. The valves are not leaking, no fault codes present. The pressure hose In place and pressure switch is operating correctly. Ive ran the twice for 15 minutes and there are no leaks present anywhere and customer is here watching the testing of the unit. At this time unit ran and checked ok with no leaks Call complete"

"Checked over unit and found fridge door trim sticking up and foam all over corners of each door checked bottoms and Same issue foam coming out of corners and stuck to outside of door, tried to clean off foam but its not coming off good and it had lifted up the trim on left side witch looks terrible. Checked freezer door and top corners same thing foam had gotten pushed out of the corners lifting the trim up and getting foam all over the stainless not coming off tried to scrape with a plastic paddy knife and it still imbedded in there, customer is not happy with looks and the way the trim is lifting. However the upper spray arm is separated near the manifold cause it a leak not allowing the upper arm to rotate. The unit needs a new manifold and spray arms to resolve the issue. When I ran unit I spin the control leds would black out and then come back. Then In the middle of spin cycle the control blacked out and when it came back on it started the spin cycle over again. When unit started not spin the lights on the control got dimmer the suspension rods and cam as well as gear case are all good. Could see where water had been thrown over the top and running down inner back wall. Customer also stated that there was a small amount of water on the floor from previous use. The unit spins fine agitates fine I explained to customer about redistributing the load. Im gonna order control because it may be possible that its tryin to spin without the neutral drain.
