Test 45 upon arrival found would not fill ice maker as it was frozen. because of a Blocked vent forcing air flow to ceiling causing valve and tube to freeze combined with temps set at 33 degrees in fresh food zone. Pulled vacuum for 10 minutes charged system to 250psi of nitrogen. Leak tested evaporators. Seen no visible signs of leak. Released nitrogen pulled vacuum for 25 minutes let vacuums set for an additional 10 minutes no pressure drop called whirlpool tech line for documentation and recommendations. 7741219452 tech line said after test and check to charge unit back to proper charge and recommendations patched a small portion of pipe from condenser line to compressor may have been the cause of leak

"Tested unit and found washer would not agitate ran a diagnostics cycle and checked errors found F0e3 off balance ran a self diagnostics cycle and found unit would just buzz never agitating also found when in a spin cycle unit is super loud and roaring. Checked issue with washing and found actuator broken not shifting, replaced actuator and unit is now washing and running. "Checked over unit due to items freezing in fridge section and moisture building in freezer, removed evap cover and checked frost pattern found unit fully frosted with a good frost amount, tested compressor amps an found drawing .6 amps, used temp gauge and monitored freezer and fridge temps finding temps within range 3 degrees in freezer and 37 in fridge. Adjusted freezer to max and advised customer items pushed to the back of fridge section where air blows out will freeze advised must keep items forward same with freezer so it can circulate air. Advised customer to watch temps for next 48 hrs if any issue plz call back unit may have a floating restriction."

Complaint icemaker seems to be slow to make ice to keep up with customers consumption. I found ice spin is 3/4 wave completely full is making ice properly temperature in freezer as of upon arrival is -1? temperature in fresh food section is 39 degrees. Vent for freezer temperature was set the coldest possible setting fresh food. Temperature was set to factory recommended temperature. No issues found with refrigerator as of now. Water is dispensing properly. Customer is a custom to their old refrigerator that would overproduce ice to the point where they would have to turn it off.
