"Top right hand side of oven door had a little play while closing. Preventing it from making a perfect seal, found that the top right hand mounting screw was missing and never installed. Other mounting screws were set at an angle causing the head of the screws to stick out. Made a few adjustments and he door closest tight and properly. If this issue comes up again or persists then the installation team will need to make adjustments and properly install unit, it is in the cabinet very tight. After making adjustments the unit now operates as designed. If call back make sure install team had done there job first."

Measured oven and the first 2 cycles where off by 20* after the third cycle at 18 minutes in got a reading 363 high and 334 low = 348.5* 6th 7th cycle stayed steady on. Mentioned to the customer that unit would reach proper temperature after a few cycles and to keep an eye on it.

"Went to replace evap and found unit is running evap fan when going into diagnostics, it is suppose to shut everything down and set three way valve to home/open. This would mean it likely is not setting to home so cannot pull vacuum on whole system. And could be why leak wasnt detected previously.. it was in freezer position test during repair.Randy at office helped fine that unit will go into home position when turned on, can feel valve vibrate, unplug when stopped. Did so and pulled unit into vacuum, leaking. This points to a rf evap leak and replaced rf evap. Burnt hole through new evap stem when brazing, repaired an`d pulled unit into vacuum, held fine. Charged unit with 60 g r600a. Return line getting warm, set unit to cooling rf and verified getting frost pattern on rf evap and bubble tested joints with no leaks found. Cs to monitor"

"Complaints my of not agitating after last repair. Cam/actauator were replaced as it had melt the cam and jammed the actuator. It had operated correctly in diagnostic cycle after repair. On arrival checked lower unit and all looked good, ran diagnostic cycle and again did not agitate properly, going trough spin properly. Error history F0e7, F7e6, f0e3, which I cleared ( wasnt accessed /cleared previously). Pulled cam and it had once again melted itself. No burrs felt on gear case, replaced cam and added a little silicone grease to section touching Gearcase. Ran diagnostic and agitate and spin worked properly. Ran quick cycle/deep fill through fill and went into agitate properly. Belt makes some creaks, but functioning and unit operated properly.If failure reoccurs , quote for gear case assy/Washplate additional labor.No additional cost for today, part/labor under out warranty.; used 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"
