"Complaint will not wash will not spin wont do anything making loud grinding noise. I found cam. ashed defective not still on cam cam upper parts were dissolved melted. I found hub spines were also defective. I also found wash plate agitator lower unit. Spines are worn out still barely there practically gone. I found the gearcase lower gear had dropped down causing issue to occur. Ordering case, lower agitator and shield as a shield was melted. No additional issues found with washing machine today install the cam and the hub so customer could use it as a temporary use.
