Depending on what he has drying says dryer sheets will always get stuck against filter. I suspect that is probably the cause of customers. Airflow issues. I discovered water was settling on filter filter was coated in wax. I cleaned no additional issues found.

Complaint washer not spinning unit will not progress past spin cycle I found f0e5 washer overload out of balance. Only code in fault history I checked suspension rods no damage I checked drain pump is working fine all valves working fine. Tub spinning fine agitator working fine. I did find 2 tabs of laundry detergent and 2 tabs of Sofner had been used. Lots of coins in the bottom. Front left level leg was out of adjustment I adjusted to help level washer better. I removed the dryer and started to install the parts but found the wall outlet with a gfci was tripped. I reset the outlet at the wall and checked for error codes as well ran a test cycle. I left the drain pump with the cx. The unit worked as designed.
