"Cs thought it might be under warranty, was told it had a 5yr. Per service bench look up, it has a one year warranty and was purchased 2 years ago. Complaint of making loud noise at end of wash cycle. Completed diagnostic cycle with no abnormal noises until end of spin, as it was down speeding, loud grinding. Took off cam, actuator and all looks fine. After reassembly ran test 3 more times with no issue. Source not identified, but ran 3 times with no issue.With working after reseating cam/actuator, if reoccurs would replace those first with possible gear case or control issue, but all working now. Complaint refrigerator keeps leaking making weird noises randomly leaks worse when lower icemaker is turned on has caused staining of the hardwood floor due to leak. I found refrigerator is leaking in two different locations as of right now icemaker upper the back wall work gaskets meet the evaporator pan in the fresh food section is warped. The drain is clogged in the back of the refrigerator as well. "Arrived and found existing damage to floor upon arrival (photos attached to ticket). Found no error codes in system and diagnostic cycle operated exactly as expected. Found an object underneath the shield that when the weight of the unit causes the drum to lower it presses the shield into the drive pulley, removed object. Also found the clamp the hold the hose from tub to pump was not attached (took photo and attached to ticket), reattached and ran two auto/diagnostic cycles, all operated as normal. Customer then put a very small load into the unit to test, customer education on how to properly load unit and utilize cycles and options. Unit operating as designed. Informed customer should we return and find no manufacturing defects then customer would be responsible for service fee."
