Complaint oven door is dented is wider at the top and it is at the bottom has a gap when door is closed found right in the middle on both sides of the outer door panel. "Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit tagged by the gas company. I turned the gas on all burners light, however the RF valve does not go into the fully closed position. In the fully closed position you must push the knob in order to turn it the the lighting position. I switched the knobs to be certain that its the valve and not the knob. Switching the knob gave the same result, the unit needs a new valves to resolve the issue. The RF and LF valves need to be replaced to resolve the issue. Im ordering the parts for the return and called WP safety. They are willing to cover the part but not the labor.Sr7738955638. "Complaint microwave not consistently heating making a clicking noise when heating shutting itself off sometimes randomly after 10 minutes. Inside of microwave will be extremely hot like when heating up a potato for 10 minutes. I found inner door is extremely loose, causing the clicking noise to occur and no heating issue to occur randomly advise customer when heating up potato to use the potato function on steam mode. That way the Magnatron does not stay energized at 100% power for all 10 minutes, no error codes and diagnostics fault history customer has stated that they have had a another company out here a lot and they had to replace a lot of parts that the customer does not know. Customer stated that that company never left receipts of any kind either. only issue I am finding today is with door. and hinges. I am not sure what previous company did if anything looks as if microwave in her door and hinges are original from 2020. "Complaint oven is burning pizza on the outside and inside of the pizza is still raw. Self clean does not clean anything. Self clean feature on this specific oven is not a true self clean. Customer still has to wipe out oven. Water is designed to steam for a short amount of time, lifting grease and food debris away from liner to make it easier for customer to clean by hand. Customer also supposed to pre-clean oven instructions before performing self clean aqua lift temperatures of oven are as follows 386, 336, 383, 337=360.5 average temp. I lowered temperature by 10? in calibration setting no further issues with oven at this time preheat times are longer as element is hidden on this model then customers previous model that they were a custom to."

Complaint washer machine is making loud squealing noise. I found gearcase leaking oil all over drive belt causing drive belt to slip leading to squealing noise. Unit will need gearcase and lower end parts to fix. "I found thermal cutout is open. I found vent temperature with dryer vent connected is getting up to 230?F and cycling down to 145?. With vent disconnected vent temperature is 113? through 165? high heat on customer still has a venting restriction, as soon as vent hose was disconnected a lot of lint blew out of the back of the dryer is starting to stick inside of the cabinet of the dryer as well in areas. There was no lint before. Advise customer if issue reoccurs cannot warranty due to venting restriction will have to charge customerparts and labor. According to the tests the unit needs a new IM assembly, Im suggest to replace the IM fill tube heater as well. Complaint that the stove is still tripping the breaker. Found that outlet is connected to a GFCI out as a slave and stove needed to be connected off a GFCI breaker to function properly. Ran an extension cord from the stove to a non GFCI out under the kitchen tv and stove worked properly. Customer realized that the issue is the electrical to the house not the range.

Complaint that the washer is making noises while agitating. Found bad gear case. Found grinding noises while spinning. Customer will go with another unit and for now theyll keep using it. Collected trip fee.

Replaced part and unit running normal.

Customer complaint is that washer was not washing properly. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran manual test cycle and found cold water was not coming through properly. Inspected and found debris in cold water inlet valve. Inlet valve was also noisy. Replaced inlet valve and tested. "Replaced timer. Knob is a 2 piece plastic knob. Pieces separated. Super glued the 2 pieces together. It is holding. Knob is NLA. If knob comes apart, will need stronger adhesive."

Customer complaint is that dishwasher is noisy. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Ran normal cycle and dishwasher is working normally. Could not duplicate any unusual behavior. Customer will record if noise returns.

Replaced fill tube heater. Ran harvest and ice maker fill tests successfully. Advised customer to allow time for ice production.

Removed console and ohmed out thermal cutoff and found faulty, replaced fuse and oven came right back on heated unit to 350 degrees and oven got to temp and is working to factory specs; used 1 WPW10545255 (FUSE-THRML) from stock"

Tested and entered diagnostics. No stored error codes. Found that dishwasher was installed with no high loop in drain line. Drain hose runs through a hole in floor. This is creating a siphon and water is draining as fast as it comes in. Advised customer that this will have to be corrected for dishwasher to operate.

Customer complaint is that center burner was not igniting completely and there was a gas smell. Confirmed and found spillage dried between burner cap and head. Cleaned and tested. Showed customer it works.

Complaint that the water jet button is not working properly. Found in the ticket the wrong model number WTW8127LC1 and information in service bench is not for the model in customers home. Correct model number is WTW8127LC1 and customer mentioned that the unit is still under warranty but cannot show proof of purchase at the moment. Customer will call Best Buy the get the issue fix and have us come back out with the ticket updated to service unit under right model number. !!Real Model # WTW8127LC1 Serial # CC0901357!!
