"Separate issue from last visit, which was a broken wire to the drain pump. Cam screw backed out and cam wedged against cover, not allowing unit to spin, reset cam and cleared cover of burrs caused by rubbing. Ran normal cycle, went through sensing/fill and into agitate. Cancelled and drained fine. Ran drain &spin cycle fine. Water lines were backwards, corrected. Unit was a little unbalanced, uneven floor beyond adjustment of legs which were already extended fully. added a couple boards cs had in basement and more level, suspension ok. F7e1 complaint latch locks unlocks washer wont start lights just start flashing found F7e1 only code and fault. History found defective. Capacitor was the cause of the issue preventing motor from spinning properly. "Tested unit and found fridge section to cold checked temps and unit is down to 32 degrees thermistor reading 8.35 ohms, tested freezer and found temps reading correctly. Ran a diagnostics and when cycling damper found damper would not move and when I got it moving it would jump and never seal or work correctly. Unit will needs new damper, main cntrl, found freezer led modules dim and not working correctly, checked all modules and found correct voltage modules are just bad, will order new light kit and led module.
