I found restriction in both ends of the capillary tube one at the filter dryer. Also one at the evaporator. Also found leak coming from suction tube going into liner off of compressor repaired also found compressor was locked up replaced also replaced evaporator core pressure tested with nitrogen to 125 psi nitrogen held without leaking for 20 minutes. No additional issues found I charge the system up with refrigerant everything is working properly as of right now. Unit producing a full frost pattern going all the way across the evaporator

Complaint unit not making ice again. Never made ice. I found Phil tube. Had frozen up Rost fill tube. Also found water had been leaking behind refrigerator. Overflow pan coming from icemaker evaporator dedicated have been filling up finecycled icemaker through diagnostics fill tube is now working properly. Icemaker is cycling fine as well. No additional issues found. if filter frees up again for any additional are occurring unit stops making ice again may need to replace main control and fill tube assembly.

Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud rumble when the water is dispensed. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The noise is coming from the water filter head. I removed the filter and found water leaking from the water filter head. When I put the filter back in place the noise does not return until a few attempts of dispensing water. The unit needs a new water filter head to resolve the issue. The cx said the noise started after they moved the unit from their previous house. The issue mostly likely appeared from the transit of the unit. I collected the payment in full by check. I scheduled the appt for next Thursday 1/4/24.; ordrng 1 W11346623 (Water filter head)

Cx complaint that water is leaking from the RC roof again. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the water coming from the main valve of the dual valve. Meaning water leak when supplying water for ice and water. I tried to removed the current valve but the tubing from the reservoir would not release. "Cx complaint that the units clock time is running fast and there have been power loss issues again. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and tested the heat functions, both worked fine. The clock is off by about 5 minutes. I called WP Techline to document the issues.Electric currents run at 60 hz in North America, when the hertz fluctuate and so does the time. Wi-Fi prevents this issues. Checking or replacing the breaker as well as connecting to Wi-Fi for potential software updates concerning the power loss is preferred before replacing any parts.
