I found refrigerator is having multiple issues. Refrigerator is having electrical issues due to pantry harness corroding out due to water getting underneath user interface chip unit will need pantry door pantry user interface Pantry harness as the main harness has corroded out to at the pigtail and connecting to pantry door main control unit also experiencing potentially a sealed system based issue as well. Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Customer mentioned that the refrigerator is not cooling as it should. Now its not keeping the milk cold enough and they had it set on maximum. Removed evaporator panel to view the frost pattern and found coils not frosted. And only signs of moisture droplets. The only time that frost was visible was after 30min. and having the freezer door shut. With the freezer door opened the frost pattern ice would melt after 5 to 8 minutes. Taking too long to show frost pattern. Will put in for a sealed system work.
