Complaint that the refrigerator is not cooling properly. Customer mentioned that the refrigerator is not cooling as it should. Now its not keeping the milk cold enough and they had it set on maximum. Removed evaporator panel to view the frost pattern and found coils not frosted. And only signs of moisture droplets. The only time that frost was visible was after 30min. and having the freezer door shut. With the freezer door opened the frost pattern ice would melt after 5 to 8 minutes. Taking too long to show frost pattern. Will put in for a sealed system work.
