Upon arrival I checked power coming to dryer it was good. Then I checked to make sure all terminals at block were good and tight. When I pulled dryer out from wall there was a lot of extra vent hose in the back and it was pinched and formed like the letter S I straightened out vent pipe and let unit run away from wall pulled out I also checked exterior venting it is not attached to anything just blowing in the crawl space. Pushed unit back into place without pinching venting the dryer ran on time dry from 40 mins down to 20 minutes and never tripped the breaker. All wiring and heater are good nothing touching cabinet. At this time I would say the dryer was getting to hot and tripped the breaker by passing safeties inside of dryer. This does happen from time to time.Call complete

"Complaint unit is draining but not spinning.Found plastic guard that covers motor and cam on the floor underneath washer, I also found one of the green Phillip screws that hold actuator in place was loose and was about to fall out. I retightened the screw and mounted actuator back in proper position I do not know if it was messed with before I arrived or these pieces had work there way out over time. Put unit into drain /spin mode and unit spun out fine. I then put unit into rinse/spin cycle. Unit drained and was spinning on all cycles."

So an intermittent failure.With sensor measuring properly would quote for control. Control no longer available.Also has a broken door spring (74011142 $106.20) but with control unavailable no sense in repairing."

"Customer states that the unit takes too long to wash, says it takes 2 hours 20 min with 30min pre soak. Around 1 hour 50 min without pre soak, this on Jeans or Whites settings with extra rinse, deep water. Ran service test, no error codes and unit working properly, ran quick wash while calling techline. Tech line said that that time on normal heavy duty, whites and colors will run from one hour to two hours. Without 30min presoak. Unit is working as designed. Sr#7737468208 informed customer unit is working as designed. Customer didnt like that answer. Said he was going to call whirlpool."

Ran Manuel service mode and all functions including spin and agitate working properly. Verified proper operation.
