Checked evaporator frost pattern and found unit had a good frost on bottom half top half was a little weak place unit into a vacuume and let unit run checked and unit help refilled and unit frosted up but only frosted bottom half, flushed system and pumped down again due to unit has a floating restriction placed nitrogen threw unit and blew out high and low side refilled and checked frost pattern, unit is now frosting up past half way advised customer unit is now frosting and cooling unit will need 24 hrs so temps can regulate unit is working as of now they will watch ; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

"As explained to cs before, we would want to have the unit installed with a slight pitch back instead of forward as it will make water sit differently in unit and change surge patterns when washing. Whirlpool techline had confirmed. No changes had been made.Cs wanted me to pull out so he could see what I was talking about. Pulled unit out ( waterline had to be disconnected and valve does not shut off dully, so water turned off for house). Two board attached to floor to originally bring floor of dishwasher cabinet to level of linoleum. Explained either they could be removed or the trim work just above unit could be removed/adjusted to allow front to be raised. Unit hits the trim and prevents from going higher.If issues after that we can address, but first the unit has to be installed correctly.Understood that it ran for years without leaking before this, could have shifted, but cannot get front raised to proper position now."

There was 240vac red to red with bake on.Looks like an open bake element. With unit not coming out cs would need to get pulled out before we can work on it. Quoted for element/labor, estimate is with cs getting the unit pulled out, likely just sticking to cabinets, but would not budge."
