No error codes in fault history upon arrival had customer show me how theyre using the dishwasher. Customer waiting too long after pressing the start button causing unit to timeout and never start unit draining perfectly fine although sink is backing up severely when dishwasher drains. Customer stated they have not been able to get dishwasher to start since last visit. myself upon entering residence pressed cycle select selected one hour wash pressed start shut door within four seconds and dishwasher started with no issues dishwasher draining after running it multiple times with no issues. Started a cycle six times drained cycle six times could not duplicate customers complaints. install and instruction fulfilled.

Complaint dryer is not heating. I checked incoming voltage is 243.4 V across black and red. I found 121.2 V across red white same with black and white wiring. I checked elements and thermal cut out element was 9.3 ohms thermal cut out with .3 ohms replaced both checked relay on main control found wiring at drive motor was unplugged not properly secured at molex connector. no further issues found with dryer after securing connector. "When removing door panel there was a significant amount of moisture on the inner stainless steel door panel. There was no other water on the inner door other than the inner part of the panel. After removing control and half removed the harness I found that the new harness was not the correct part. Both main control and harness is the wrong part. I reinstalled unit and left old parts with the unit. Left unit unplugged. Customer was asking about the moisture in inner door and I found that there was sitting water in the tub of then unit, this tells me that the customer had attempted to use the unit. Customer has a vent on the ceiling thats blowing cold air on door panel and with water being in unit it caused the inner panel to condensate. Ordered new control and harness for return. I found upon arrival latch was broken. Unit was stuck in lock mode would not unlock latch. Kept trying to unlock, but couldnt. "Tested unit and found ice maker had not made any ice checked mold and found ice in mold but unit never cycled. Ran diagnostics and step 25 jumped out t and h on ice maker and unit started to cycle, let unit run and unit turned on valve but no water due to line frozen cleared line with ice heater step 21 and unit is now filling and operating normally. Unplugged unit to reset ice maker and machine is now operating to specs"

"Tested unit and found dryer would come on and run but never heat and timer would not move. Tested voltage at terminal block and 120v on each leg but no 240v acrossed terminals this is causing unit to run but not heat and turn timer. Advised customer they would need a professional electrician to look at power issue dryer is operating normally. Fixed door so it would close found strike to tight causing it to slam when closing, dryer is now operating normally"

"Disassembled washer. Removed and replaced gear case, clutch, and control. Reassembled, ran DLMS calibration, would not complete. Washer will not agitate. Stuck in spin. Can hear slider attempting to move. Washer has same issue as initial call. Called tech line spoke to Steve SR# 7741548992. Tested and found basket and agitator locked together. Removed rotor, basket and agitator now move independently. Checked and ensured slider moves freely. He believes gear case doesnt have correct clearance. I explained that this is the same issue as initial problem and what parts have been replaced. He said to file a parts complaint and reorder gear case. Do not believe gear case is the problem. With rotor off basket and agitator spin independently of each other. This works whether washer is plugged in or not. Once rotor is on and tightened gasket and agitator are locked together and will not turn independently. Ordering stator and rotor. Scheduled return for 5/16 AM ; ordrng 1 W10915701 (Rotor) and 1 W10915700 (Stator)"

Closing documents are for 5-30-24 so unit under 1 year warranty but not 30 day warranty. Informed customer I works have to charge for repair since it is not a functional failure.
