"Complaint having defrost issues within 10 mins unit says defrost complete food will still be frozen solid. I found no fault codes in diagnostics history unit will hear water on a normal heat cycle of 1 min from 75 degrees water temp to 150 degrees. Defrost mag activation is for duration of 2 seconds total in 3 min span of 8 oz of water. I can manually deep place unit and manual defrost mode and it works perfectly finelloolo. Sensor defrost is not working at all. Magnetron only activates for a half a second during an eight minute cycle to two seconds during an eight minute cycle with frozen chicken in makes no difference, even if a glass of water is in. Ran DLMS calibration, completed properly. Ran component tests for both valves, agitate and spin, all correctly. Ran complete diagnostic cycle, all functions tested good and completed properly. Exited diagnostics, started washer in Quick wash cycle when washer reached agitate made chattering noise and wash plate not moving. Called tech line spoke to Drew SR#7741259067, sent video of issues. He had no further repairs to recommend and deemed the unit non-repairable, out of warranty. Advised customer of findings. He will contact warranty company."

Ran all fans, Inspected condenser fan no issues. Tried to call GE techline. Techline had automated message saying they were in team meeting. Informed customer I could not find any issues with unit. It is possible condensation is building up around the fan slightly and defrosting when unit is defrosting inform customer to get second opinion verified proper operation while on site."
