"I replaced icemaker previously ordered by previous technician cycled new icemaker after cycling the power to the refrigerator off for over five minutes, icemaker filling and operating normally, I suspect the main reason for the icemaker not making ice was due to it getting stuck on the bail arm, I do not really think there was much wrong with the original icemaker Customer is handicapped and cannot remove ice bin due to her having to pull the refrigerator out from the wall 3 feet to be able to open the door all the way to remove ice bin also customer has a broken arm, preventing her from pressing the button on the ice bin as well. also hindering her from removing ice bin to check. New icemaker filling with appropriate level of water. Water is also dispensing from door at proper water pressure. original icemaker had full cubes all the way across as it was ready to dispense."

Explained that is house pressure / design related, can add dampners to incoming lines to reduce, but not an issue of the unit.Also unit banging, found unit not level, right side of tub touching cabinet. Tight fit to counter island, took picture of some marks of floor prior to moving used sliders to pull out and slide to side, cs helped to keep sliders under unit, 120vac at wall but nothing after cs nitrile. Found lead in harness had backed out, adjusted so it stayed in firmly, male side was a bit deformed , likely what pushed it out to begin with, was able to adjust and connected properly, power restored and nit running."
