In stalled new control then in diagnostics test 89 turned heater on no function tested heater for resistance open line. Compared reading to new heater new heater was open line as well called tech line tech line confirm I should have around 30 k ohms on heaters. Neither heater is testing good verified meter functional properly. Cut out fuses on on new heater confirmed the new part was delivered faulty. Once citing the fuses out tested heater had 32 k ohms. Bi metal is functioning and thermistor all test properly the heater is 100% the issue as well as being defective. Spent over an hour is home testing to find heater defective ; ordrng 1 W11267071 (Heater)

Complaint unit makes a loud noise that last no more than five minutes at a time every other hour sometimes every three hours noise is very intermittent and very rare when it occurs but very annoying to the customer. I tested all fans. I tested damper controls found a straw had gotten stuck. Lodged inside of damper control removed tested operations no further issues found customer is in a wheelchair and is disabled and could not access top shelving unit to even see anything was in there. Also found defrost issues starting to occur. I defrosted the evaporator core could have also been causing intermittent noise placed unit in test mode seven option two. No further issues found with refrigerator today.

I found that freezer light has failed completely but also found that theres still no voltage getting to any of the other lights at all on the top or freezer strand. Ordering LED light module control to fix. Will need to install LEDs upon re arrival leaving LEDs with customer. I installed all LEDs and confirmed that the freezer was the only one that was out. I checked voltages also shorted wiring to make sure no broken wiring checked all pin connectors going to LED multiple times. "Unit is under 5yr whirlpool warranty per service bench. Complaint of leaking. F8e6, no fill only error in history. Ran diagnostic cycle and low flow from cold water. Unit also not level with basket almost touching front cabinet. Raised front legs and locked. Found sediment in filter on cold valve drain pump north, was able to clear and ran diagnostics again, running fine.Explained to customer that she should consider getter by house filter as sediment will eventually clogg valves again and will eventually damage them and that is not covered under warranty.No leaking found in testing, but with basket all the way forward as found it n arrival can cause splashing from hitting top of basket,while filling that could cause leaking."

"Complete washing machine not working right making loud noises banging all the time. I found her was not properly installed causing tub basket to rub against inner tub. I found suspension was shot. I found drain pump had completely failed. Impeller became detached from motor shaft I found unit still has oil from original gear case all over underside of gear case actuator and capacitor. They are working fine as of right now . I found control board with malfunctioning and latch would not lock or unlock properly and diagnostics cycle. Unit is filling properly with water your case everything else is working properly no further issues found with washing machine at this time.
