Returned to install parts ordered by previous tech. Installed Ui control and control board. Ran service mode. All funtions working as defined. Showed customer how two step start works. Verified proper operation.

Complaint that the unit is leaving small particles of metal in the clothes after every wash. Ran a quick cycle with a clean shirt to see if theres any residue at the end. Removed the inner tub and verified the inside and all seems clear and no signs of metal shavings. No issues found with the washer.

Replaced part and unit running normal. Ran two diagnostic cycles and a spin cycle and all tested normal.

Cold control is designed to disable heating element. If water temperature coming in is too cold I found incoming water temperature out of two different faucets is 100?. I found hot water tank set to low advise customer to raise gas hot water temperature to section a. Customer is 96 years old. We cannot adjust hot water tank due to safety issues. "Customer complained of unit sparking, showed plastic cover that had came off inner door found clear plastic between vent holes in cavity and where interior light is had melted on one side some also. Ran unit and no arching present. Found arc marks around where the rack sits meaning rack was in it when nothing was on it causing arc to rack supports. The arching Was coming from that. Called techline, techline said that plastic part under interior light is serviceable, clean interior as best you can, and touch up paint for the arch spots on rack supports. Tech line said issues come from user error and normal wear and tear. Sr#7738687323. Techline said that safety had already been notified of issue with report and if customer has any more questions or complaints to call safety for further information. While looking for part number for clear plastic Film that covers holes under interior light couldnt find it. Called tech line back and was informed by next tech line rep that that part is NOT serviceable. Customer said she doesnt want to get touch up paint and as long as unit works she is fine. Informed her to just cover food when using it and to leave rack out unless its being used to out something on it per owners Manuel. Customer was satisfied as long as it works. I found the outlet has no power. I removed the rear panel to make sure all wires are in good condition. I checked power at the circuit breaker, all kitchen breakers are on. The outlet is connected to a GFCI that tripped. I reset the outlet, the unit is working as designed."

Customer complaint is that washer would not agitate or spin properly. Ran diagnostics and found error codes F0e5 off balance loads. F7e7 motor unable to reach target speed. F0e3 overloaded. F7e1 tachometer missing. F0e2 oversuds. Ran diagnostics cycle and washer did not agitate. Agitator turned with drum. During spin only agitator spun. Inspected underneath and found shield scraped. Removed drive pulley and inspected cam. All checked ok. Ran diagnostics test cycle again successfully.

Complaint that the unit is not heating and found bad door switch. Found dryer heavily clogged. Quoted for parts and labor. Customer prefers not to fix the dryer for the price and age thinking it would be less. Collected trip fee.

Arrived to the house and customer wasnt home when customer arrived they mentioned that the stove had extended warranty through Home Depot and didnt know they would be a trip fee involved and they mentioned that it wasnt explained well. I explained that the trip fee is to verify and diagnose the problem. Customer refused to have to pay anything for something under warranty. Couldnt diagnose the stove.

Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the thermal cut off fuse has blown and needs to be replaced. I replaced the part with one from TS and tested the unit for the cx. The TS part did not have an inventory #. The unit is working as designed.

The idler wheel is as well, it has torn the new belt because of the resistance of not spinning well. I used a TS belt to allow the unit to run without issues unit we return with the parts. "Complaint refrigerator making a lot of loud noise not making ice when it does. Make ice ice is extremely slushy. Top section is not cooling at all. Everything in the top refrigerator section is defrosting temperature in top section is 58? to 64?. I found noises are due to evaporator fan motor that failed also secondary noises due to damper motor clattering, also found icemaker. Has E2 error code in history evaporator has a full frost pattern developing all the way across it. Unit has only a single evaporator unit will need control icemaker damper evaporator fan motor and associate parts. Complaint washing machine going out of balance constantly. I found no fault codes and diagnostic history. I found no issues with the washing machine here today I checked suspension rod a checked tub. I checked gearcase no issues found advise customer and proper loading performance.

Complaint washing machine turned itself on is dripping water from the top into the tub constantly. F8e6 f2e1 f6e2 I found gearcase leaking oil bearing has completely failed on gearcase making loud grinding noise when tub is spinning as well. Unit will need gator case and all associated parts plus water inlet valve to fix unit also has an F6 two error code lost communications between user interface and main control. May also need a control board as well as user interface. customer declined repair today is going to replace washing machine.

"Wash plate is rust welded to gearcase shaft cannot remove wash plate without destroying wash plate, forcing damage to gear case. Even tried, dropping transmission and hammering wash plate through. Could not get wash plate to budge already replaced suspension rods left wash plate and in tub with customer.
