"Complaint customer stating washing machine has ruined over thousand dollars worth of laundry. Dying in blue in color excess soap. Still stuck in laundry. I tested operations of washing machine could not find any faults or issues with the laundry machine. Unit is filling appropriately has a clear waterline going halfway up with water advising customer to use no more than 1 tablespoon of detergent and to try downy unstoppables or something similar for odor. "Checked over unit and found freezer not freezing items and ice maker not working, checked freezer evaporator and found no frost pattern on bottom half removed cover and found unit only frosted up on one rung of evaporator. Checked compressor and unit was super hot to touch and not pulling any heat on condenser, checked for leaks in system and could not see any leaking checked Freon and unit had some but not enough, added Freon to see if frost pattern would come down and it moved some but not enough. Compressor is starting to fail and needs to be replaced, advised customer on potential leak in cabinet that may not be fixable will know when pulling Freon and vacuume on unit. Customer will hold off for now and let know if wanting to repair"
