Complaint leaking water on the top of the door freezer section condensation forming every day. Have to wipe it off or leaks onto the floor. I found complaint true. I found freezer door gasket was not sealing properly on the top edge reformed door gasket with heat applied gasket material per technical service pointerrelating to condensation on freezer door gasket raised door up about an eighth of an inch higher per technical service pointer. Used a light inside of freezer to verify gasket is now sealing properly ad advising customer to make sure that they close door firmly using the center of the door handle when closing no further issues found at this time. Compressor was in standby defrost mode the entire time I was Servicing unit unable to get accurate temperature reads with condenser fan motor unplugged compressor running of Yoder loop. And temperatures with condenser fan motor plugged in of Yoder loop.; used 1 W11159728 (GASKET) from stock

I found after replacing water inlet valve and running a diagnostic cycle in the middle of a diagnostic cycle. Dishwasher started leaking again. I found leak is actually coming from a split in the tub liner. Also coming from nylon waterline attaching two dishwasher. Plumber will need to replace or customer will need to replace waterline and fitting. I will need to replace tub assembly gasket and heater as heater is what caused the tub liner to melt and crack and split and leak. I found electrician who wired house or a person who wired house set up green wire as the neutral wire green black has 121.3 V red to green has the same. green to white has 4.5 V running across it white to red has 88.3 V black to white has 104V running across it. Incoming voltage is improper and must be corrected when I used green wire as neutral wire dryer heats fine operates normally and has no problems. No issues found with the dryer at this time. All operations with the dryer are working as designed. Install and instruct fulfilled.

Complaint water will not drain out. I found tub has come detached from gear case gear case top shaft is broken. Complaint compressor making loud buzzing noise at another company come out two weeks ago and stated it was the compressor failing. I found noise was caused by vibrational noise due to the house shifting.
