Ask customer for three towels, got them soaking wet and random through low and high-speed spins unit working as designed hoses on the back were making banging noises on back of machine. Complaint refrigerator zone is not cooling properly. Freezer is cooling fine lights not working either in the top section of the refrigerator and in the freezer. I found lights have failed. I found evaporator is completely frozen over. I found drain pan is warped.
