Ran unit and found vent test kit card never fell when unit was hooked up to houses exhaust system. Unhooked unit from houses exhaust system/vent hose and card fell down 3 of 3 times. Checked to make sure unit thermostat was turning heater on and off at proper temps. And made sure unit didnt have any obstructions in blower housing. "Cx complaint that the unit does not run, it just shows an error code. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code flash when I start a cycle (f1e4). I replaced the control board and tested the unit, it still did not work. I ran multiple tests in diagnostic mode, all worked except #1 (turntable and cavity light). It would chime when I pressed the button then stop. I replaced the turntable motor and the same thing happened. The unit needs new door switches. Also found suspension rods making noise added grease to stop noise, Customer started to say they dont want the unit and there is something wrong with it it keep jumping, ram unit again and unit spun out like it should. Advised customer they can call customer service and go from there on getting a replacement they would have to talk to them I cannot replace the washer when its working like it should advised they could also get a second opinion on the way the washer works"
