"Tested and ran diagnostics. Test 56, shows no ice maker errors, ran test 57, ice maker cycled and returned to home position normally, ran test 45, valve activated and filled correctly. Ran fill tube heater test 19 and ice box fan test 36, both operating properly. All ice maker components tested good. Checked freezer temperature set at zero but running at 12 degrees. Checked and found condenser coil had a lot of pet hair on it blocking air flow. Advised customer to clean coil and allow up to 72 hours for ice production. If still no ice production, possible sealed system problem. Sealed system was repaired approximately 6 months ago by a different company. Collected for service call on cc."
