"Unit has been making and no n termite testing screeching sound, played video, best guess is a fan motor, but cs has been not been able to find source and will not make sound in testing. Cs had cleaned condenser fan and said after it didnt make sound for a day. Stopped and started fan several times with no issue. Evap fan running and not making noise. Powered unit down and back on, noise not replicated.Unit will not make noise during visit. With sound sounding like a fan and stopping condenser for multiple times with nothing similar would have to guess evaporator fan.Put quote together for evap fan motor, but connect say it is source of intermittent noise."

"Complaint a couple of days ago refrigerator completely stopped cooling. No lights on the touchscreens. Flip the breaker off with the breaker back on no change then all of a sudden while was on the phone with manufacture setting up service, the refrigerator chimed and started randomly cooling again has been cooling fine, but the lights still have not started working again. I suspect customer had a surge or a control board failure to cause issue. It is potential that they had a motor that failed causing issue but unlikely as all motors are working fine as of right now. Customer complaint ice spin and lower icemaker. Filling up with a flat giant sheet of ice icemaker is not making any ice. "Arrived and went to replace the FF evap cover but found its just an air tower with no fan in it, just a damper. Verified fan not running. Need to order the fan thats in the FZ that supplies the cold air to the upper/FF section. Reassembled and suddenly the fan kicked on but is running a little loud. Intermittent fan operation, possible loose connection within the motor. "Ran dryer and found unit would start when holding down the start button but motor would drag and sound weak. Tested voltage going into unit and 120v on each leg 240v crossed, tested push to start button and wile testing power one leg would drop to 60v rechecked power again and power was 147v on one side and 40 on other, power coming into dryer is bleeding off causing no start ohmed plug and found good unplugged unit and plugged back in finding dryer now starting and getting correct power. Replaced timer due to hard turning and knob rounding out, Customer will call professional electrician to check issue dryer is operating normally"

Techline.Sr#7740555035. Customers concern is vibration. Inspected and found washer sitting on a wooden platform that is not stable. I tried adjusting the washer so it wouldnt vibrate so much but theres nothing more I can do if it continues to sit on this wooden platform. Washer needs to be on a stable platform. All other functions test normal at this time. Quoted customer $129 trip fee and he refused to pay. This type of problem is not covered under warranty.
