I found waterline leaking at the bottom of the freezer door connector had broke. I replaced connectors and heated door gasket. Adjusted gasket tested operations insured gasket is now a tight seal all the way around around the door. No additional issues found with freezer or refrigerator at this time. And function of ice maker unit is dispensing fine out of door as well. Fresh food temp is 37.8? freezer temp is -1.2?. If customer calls back for icemaker issue again order and replace icemaker again icemaker defective. Advise customer before calling for serviced unplugged unit refrigerator for a minimum of five minutes before calling for service. Allow 48 hours after unplugging. As of right now, icemaker is cycling and functioning properly ice bin is completely full of ice."

"Customer complained when she washed a rubber bottomed rug the rug was still saturated. When running another load it went to 1 minute and kept running for a lot longer than 1 minute. Ran diagnostics and no error codes stored. All functions including high speed spin working. Drum is aligned correctly and shocks arent squeaking and seem ok. Unit was set to fastest spin speed on loads she was using. Called Tech-Line. Informed techline of findings, techline confirmed unit must be being overloaded , misloaded, inform customer to run smaller loads and. Ever wash rugs, or single items. Ran unit with 3 towels got wet then ran drain spin and unit went into high speed spin correctly getting water from clothes. Verified proper operation .
