SR#7737617677BrandonWhen I first arrived I opened door and ice maker was cycling but not filling with water. I checked all wiring down at the door hinge to make sure no wires were broke and from what I could see there were none. I then checked power coming from fridge to harness on bottom left corner and had 120 v there then went to ice maker and I had 000 v there. I unplugged harness and made sure all connections were secure and Plugged harness back together had 120 v at ice maker with door switches in closed position. I moved door back and forth to see if there was a possibility of a broke or pinched wire I never lost 120 volts at door. The unit did cycle and fill with water advised customer to see how it works from this point forward.Call complete

Removed back cover and pressure hose looks good, drain trap is clear.Replaced water level switch and ran quick cycle. Started with an~60-90 second drain, then proceeded into cycle as normal. Went through fill, agitate, rinse, drain and into spin fine.Ran second time and same. There was some leaking from the drain trap a small button battery was in reception area and causing not to seal, cleared and no more leaking found."

After verifying the unit cannot be taken down do to the cabinet style that has molding underneath the left and right side edge of the microwave. In diagnostics, component activation both elements worked properly.Called tech line spoke to TJ SR# 7737593592 he thinks issues may be coming from the fact that oven is not connected to WiFi and cant receive updates. He said to order console and control but to recommend that customer connect to WiFi per service pointer W11437808. Said that problem may be solved once unit updates. Sr7737563224Spoke with TJFound ice maker not getting water the fill tube was froze up I looked to make sure grommet was in securely and looked for any other ways cold air could be freezing the tube could not find any other places. I put unit into test 19 and turned heater in for 1 minute then went to test 45 fill cycle and the water did make it to the ice maker. So the board is sending power. The inlet water valve is very loud and the water has filter debris in it that also needs to be replaced.
