"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of no power. Cs says first noticed light turning off prematurely (interior light) the nothing. Off at circuit breaker. Turned on and nothing, verified 20vac at terminal. Opened door and lights came on and unit functioning. Started normal cycle fine. Checked control and wiring all looked good, moving door the unit went off again , opening/closing it flickered a couple times but then stayed off. At terminal voltage lines were reversed, 120vac nuetral to ground, when breaker turned off was still 30vac there. Turned off main and reversed lines wiring harness/controls, 30vac issue is gone but unit operating same, flickering on/off. Ordering control, console and harness. 2x time to pull unit and rewire. Installed new appliance manager and powered up unit found still same issue no light and erroring out F6e8 spoke with tech support several times on issue going on and was told the wire harness has an issue somewhere in it witch was replaced already. Went threw all interlock switches and they are all hooked up correctly the harness is dripping a neutral somewhere in unit causing interlocks to not function properly.
