Went to freezer section and u hooked harness to defrost thermostat, heater and fan in freezer. Now timer and defrost thermostat not kicking so issue is with evap fan and defrost system. "Complaint washing machine is very loud all the time. Extremely loud compared to previous machine. I found all noises and operation is normal as of right now. I did find however packaging Styrofoam was causing noise that had gotten into belt area. I removed Styrofoam, but all noises being heard are normal as of right now no belt squeal no cam noise no additional issues found at this time."

"Cx complaint that the unit is flashing an error code during cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I did not find any error codes. I started a normal cycle, no issues appeared. I also started a quick cycle, still no issues. A similar code based on the cx description is an OE code, which can come from too much detergent. I suggested to the cx to use a little less detergent. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee by CC."
